"Jordan (owner) overpromised, undelivered & made a mess of our home. Promised 3 days took 3 weeks- used wrong color paint on all trim/doors when written in quote- scratched our new doors w/ 120 sand grit & didn?t tell us but admitted they knew. Oversprayed our brand new metal railings- didn?t tape/prep correctly, stained all over treads- globed it on patchy- had to pay someone to redo. Told us they?d put all new hinges on all doors of like kind- didn?t they?re oversprayed, had to buy new air vents- oversprayed, trash barrel, toilet paper holders oversprayed, took my husband 8 hours (we have a video) to clean metal spindles of overspray. Painted over electrical outlets, used my upstairs paint to touch up the downstairs same color different lot doesn?t match now I have to hire someone to do that. They kept telling me the reason it was taking longer b/c they wanted it to be perfect for a builder they wanted to show- I realize now that was a lie, they lied about so many things."

"Morgan Exteriors went above and beyond!! Their professionalism and expertise from the first initial call to Josh, on site estimate by Lou to the final measurements and all questions and concerns answered by the install Manager PJ. We had questionable weather and the two installers were running a little late. They arrived at 11:30 AM and had all seventeen windows installed by 4:45 PM! These two gentlemen were are very experienced and have many years under their belts and they are employed by Morgan Exteriors and have been for many years, it showed. That consistency, workmanship and professionalism completely convinced me of Morgan Exteriors warranty not just on the windows but the workmanship of the install. This took the fear of some of these other window installer businesses away completely. What I didn?t want is a company who installed a certain brand of window and that company hired inexperienced contractors not to be heard from again. The final project came out spectacular!!!!"

"Honeycomb helped save our house. As they were replacing our deck, they discovered rot and quickly removed and replaced all the bad material. They also discovered that we had a termite infestation. The issue was in the structure of the house. They assured us everything would be fine and efficiently dispatched all the rot and talked us through next steps with detailed recommendations, involving other contractors. The additional charge to remove the rot was minimal and I would have gladly paid 10x for the security of having a safe house. And just look at how beautifully it turned out. The photos really don't do it justice, when you get to sit out there enjoying a coffee in the morning or actually having a family gathering. It is such a game changer meeting space. Also, and it might seem like a little thing, but its the details that matter. It was really hard for me to get on my deck as a physically handicapped person. Taylor made it easy for me to go outside alone. I love you guys 11/10"
