George and his sons run the business and do all the work, it was a pleasure working with them all and they did excellent work. They were on time, did fantastic work and made sure that they communicated with me the entire time. I have another door that I might be calling them about to fix what I had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cost efficient option and the work in my opinion speaks for itself.

It went extremely well. They installed all the windows the first day, came back the next day to seal everything, and then on the third they they cased everything on the outside. They were very clean, very polite and worked around our schedule. They were very affordable and they got the permit for everything since I live in a historical district. I am extremely satisfied.

It went very well. We had vinyl siding installed, new casement windows in living room and new front doorway entry. The crew was so impressive our neighbors were commenting. "They are doing a really good job", "It looks beautiful". I believe people driving by were asking for their business cards! They were on time, work very hard, never really taking breaks in the hot heat of August. All around a fantastic experience. Could not be happier to recommend to everyone. I don't usually refer unless I am absolutely pleased.

Our house was built without a front door, so we needed someone to frame an opening in the front of the house before we could even get to the actual door installation. After meeting with George, we felt very comfortable that we had the right person for the job. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced. During the install, the guys were courteous, professional, and always happy to answer any questions. After the install, we had one small concern and George came out immeditealy to resolve the issue - great service :) Overall, George and his crew were awesome and we couldn?t be happier with our new door! George & crew performed a flawless install of a new storm door, which included replacement of some suspect framing left behind after a strong wind destroyed the old one. This is my second install with Pro Entry (first was new attic windows), and it went as smoothly as the first: Our options were well explained, the timelines were met, and the end result exceeds expectations. Yet as great as all that is, there's more to it. When you book with George, you're getting more than a quality product that will add real value to your home... You're also getting the intangibles that are all too rare nowadays: a genuine respect for your home, your time, and your hard-earned dollars that will make you wonder why you ever called anyone else.

This is an excellent door and window company. The owner, Mr. George Williams, is a very knowledgeable and nice gentleman who has a great skillful work crew team behind him. My old wooden sliding doors are all rotten to their base support. In addition to the complexity of the project that the new doors are not the exact same size as the old ones. The work crew has done a great job within one day! Originally I thought the price for the replacemnt vinyl doors was on the high side. They have proved that they worth the money by a project nicely done! In the end, I am very happy for hiring them to do my job though I had to wait for 7 weeks for them to come. There is only one minor disappointment that one of new screen doors ordered was missing needed latch accessory hardware. They promissed to come back putting it on after they received it from the manufacturer and that takes days if not weeks. Update: The screen latch was installed within one week right after the manufacturer part arrived. Me. Williams has followed up his promise.

Can't believe the quality of this door as compared to others we looked at in home improvement stores. The door is solid, quiet and absolutely beautiful. George came out and gave us an estimate, we decided to go ahead with the project, the door was ordered and installed within 6 weeks. George's two sons did the install and were punctual, hard working and so pleasant to deal with! It's so nice to have a good feeling upon completion of a project. Thanks George!

George and his crew (sons) did an excellent job with our windows and doors. From the initial visits to discuss our project and options, through to completion of the job, these guys were totally professional, upfront on pricing and confident in their product and service. They also deal only in American made doors and windows, which I thought was an added bonus. We had eight windows installed, including a massive picture window, and two house entry doors (garage and front entry). To me this seemed like a huge job and I was expecting at least a week for them to finish but they were done in a day and a half. Pretty impressive.

Excellent! George senior arrived to provide an estimate to my home he was courteous and very professional. No high pressure, sale tactics or gimmick just an honest family run business. Installation was prompt, coutreous and fast with attention to detail and craftsmanship. I will be using Pro Entry in the future when I replace my storm doors. I highly recommend this vendor if you are looking for high quality service and products at a very reasonable cost.

The door that was to be replaced had a lot of issues...it was rotted and there was a gap between the door sill and the new hardwood floor I had installed. George's crew took out the old door and not only fixed the rotting issue, but they installed all new ice and water shield, interior and exterior trim, and some other features that I do not even know how to describe, but it is evident that it was done the right way. I was not home when the install was done but my wife felt very comfortable with the two gentleman...they were very polite and they cleaned up after themselves. This winter was very difficult for us in that we have had contractors in and out of our house, showing up late, not doing what they said they would do, etc. I am very happy to say that Pro Entry Installs was nothing like the other contractors I have hired this year, and they surpassed all of my expectations. I will definitely call George if I have to replace any windows or doors in the future.

They did a phenomenal job. They showed up at 7am and have worked non-stop. They did not even stop for lunch. They are very professional, nice young men. I have never had and experience like this. I would feel comfortable if they were here alone with my 21 year old daughter. Mr. Williams went out of his way to make sure I was not in over my head and that I got what I need. It was the best experience I have ever had with a company. I would recommend them to anybody! They are worth the wait!

George was on time and very professional. I have four boys, who range in age from 3 to 11, and can make getting quotes quite challenging, but George was very understanding. He gave a good demonstration of the product he uses and how his installers are all certified to install these doors. I felt very comfortable knowing that if I chose his company my doors would be installed properly and I would have no issues. I will definitely use his company in the future when I replace my doors.

they took time to explain everything up front where other contractors i contacted had not. i felt informed and comfortable with the whole process. the installers were polite and respectful of my home. they were in and out in one day. i would definately use them again and i would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time having them back, this time was to install a storm door. George Jr noticed a problem with the bottom of the casing. He changed that for us before installing the door. No change in the price and he came on a holiday weekend! We are very happy with Pro Entry installs services and highly recommend them!

Well, they showed up on time. Trust me that's a real indicator. I offfered them coffee as it was 7:30 am. They offered me a donut. From there it was great. They told me exactly what they were going to do. Upon removing a window they found a hornets nest. I ran. They even took care of that for me. The original window leaked. They explained a flashing problem, fixed it and now no leaks. My new door is great. The frame was off on the old one. George, the owner made sure my new frame was plum. I think that is the word. Now my door closes evenly. I could not be happier. We are looking to do some more work in the Fall. I will absolutely call them back. They even cleaned up the debris and then windexed the new glass for me!

George Jr. and Michael were prompt. They installed the windows and door efficiently. They cleaned everything up as they went. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were courteous and had the job done in now time.

George crew was very professional ,punctual and polite. The quality of his product is very good and most important it changed the look of the house of the house for the better. we now have a nice frame around the windows on the exterior and interior. I'm very please with this company.
