We had three estimates on window replacement in our home, and chose to work with Pro-Entry Installs LLC. From the first telephone call, to the follow-up after installation, George at Pro-Entry Installs delivered the most efficient and seamless process possible. He is honest and professional - no high pressure sales - just patience and a willingness to work with us to find what would best fit our needs. He has been in the industry for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable! His installers Mike and Scott paid much attention to detail, and were extremely professional and conscientious while working in our home. The owner followed up once the job was completed to be sure we were completely satisfied. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - for both the quality windows offered at a reasonable cost, as well as the reliable and skilled installers that showed up on time and did a perfect job! We did have to wait a while before we could fit into their schedule for installation (which for the quality of work they deliver - it is not surprising) , but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!

Had our new front door and side door to garage installed in September. I wanted to see how things made it through the winter, before posting a review. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the doors and Pro Entry, as a great company to deal with. The whole process went very well. Timely installation, quality work and clean up. If you want your job done right, with quality product at a fair price, call them. If you want the cheapest, Pro Entry is not for you. I’m very satisfied with Pro Entry. You will be, too.

They were there as scheduled, Job performed as requested in a timely fashion. I had some sill rot and issues with trim and I cant believe how nice it turned out.

Fantastic company!!!. They went above and beyond and showed the upmost professionalism and customer service. They were courteous, and transparent with their approch. They even took time to did some extra work for me and didn't add on any extra fees. For example, like removal now tofrom my driveway to get the sliding doors into my house. I was snowed in so I needed the extra help. They also moved the furniture around to get my sliding doors installed. Great company.

George is an easy-to-talk-to business owner who laid out all the pros, cons and details about the job when we first chatted. He returns calls very quickly to answer any questions. His crew is superb, clean and really put the new doors in flawlessly. Would definitely hire again for any windows / door work!

When George first came, he described the door and the installation in great detail, and also compared it to the competitors. The price was great and the reviews of the door were much better than the competition. The install went very smoothly and looks great. They were on time, very courteous, did quality work, and cleaned up everything. They also fixed a couple of issues we were having with our two other doors! I would hire them again in a heart beat and am recommending them to all my friends that need new doors.

Excellent work all around. George came by after initial contact to explain the different options and spent a lot of time explaining how the project will go. He had samples of door styles and materials and gave us an estimate of the work. We signed up for the work based on his thorough process up front a week later and paid an advance. He kept his dates, called a week ahead to schedule and were in and out in the time he said it would take. His team did an excellent job of the install and we are extremely happy with the work. It is now more than 18 months since the work.

The owner George call right away after I purchased deal on Angies List. He came over and we went over all the selections and prices. He is very professional and a great guy. On day of installation his guys came first thing in the morning and did a fantastic job. The product was high quality and beautiful. The installation was perfect with all finishing work done! I was sooo happy. My front entrance looks amazing!!

We are extremely happy with our door/window purchase and installation from Pro Installs LLC. George the owner was great to deal with in helping us understand the construction of the different products, warranties and installation process. The installation was painless, they showed up on time (BIG thing for us!), and even pointed out a piece of trim that needed replacement which they did for no extra charge! Before exiting they made sure we were happy with the end result and paid much attention to clean up. From A to Z it was a true demonstration of professionalism and meticulous workmanship.

We met with George Sr the owner twice. He was very informative, up front, honest and transparent. My husband and I try to give our business to family owned small businesses and that is what ProEntry is! Our install crew George Jr, Mike and Trevor installed an entire house of windows (22) in 3 days. They were friendly, efficient and neat. I couldn't be happier with them. They took extra care in my 1 year olds room to make sure everything was covered in plastic. I would definitely recommend Pro Entry Installs and would rehire them in a heartbeat if I ever need anymore work done.
