Description of Work: I had extremely low and in some cases no water pressure in my home. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix several issues that were causing the problem. Description of Work: Replaced old oil-fired boiler with brand new high-efficiency Buderas, re-plumbed all the manifolds, replaced the circulator and zone valves, replaced 4 thermostats. Neat and clean job with no issues since.

Description of Work: My daughter had a set of girlfriends in our house for the weekend while we were away, when the septic alarm went off in the garage. The septic company came and emptied the nearly empty septic tank, stating that something else must be wrong with it. D'Ambruoso came over almost immediately, got into the tank, identified the source of the problem as a broken septic pump, and replaced it within a day! It doesn't get better than that for good service.

Description of Work: Ed was great to work with. He replaced my toilet, put in new thermostats, and helped install a vanity (which included a little electrical). He didn't have to but he definitely went the extra mile. I can't say enough about the good experience I had.

 + -1 moreFantastic. He returned my calls, came on a day I specified as this is a second home and I am only there on the weekends. Did exactly what I asked, great quality, cleaned up after, was polite, helpful and prompt. I did have to nudge him for a call back but other than that was perfect. Given that my job was so small a number of people didn't event call back. This level of service for a $135 job is fantastic.
Description of Work: Ice maker hook up on new fridge.

 + 1 moreWe had called for a price on a gas water heater. He consulted with us and advised that we go with electric due to cost and extent of installation as well as the cost of fuel. He also advised as to the quality of heaters from "box stores" and suggested a model that was a little more, but better quality and longevity. We made the appointment to have the heater installed. He said he would call the night before to confirm which he did. He also arrived exactly when he said he would and did the work efficiently. Very pleased, start to finish.
