Kelly was extremely professional, met with us and understood our needs, gave us just what we wanted for a reasonable price. She understood working with a old house, and developed a plan which maintained its character while giving us more liveable space.

We chose Kelley based on what we saw on her website as well as houzz.com. Her style was consistent with what we were looking for. Her recommendations were stellar. One of them included a prominent person who has used her for multiple projects, both commercial and residential. She is a pleasant person, who is knowledgeable and confident, but not overbearing. She has many resources and also desired to work closely with our contractor. (Our contractor is fond of her work as well, by the way.) She really listened to what we were saying, and successfully incorporated design elements that were important to us. She is intuitive and read our needs well. She is budget conscious. The final cost of her service was consistent with what she listed on her estimate. We highly recommend her and anticipate using her for further services once construction commences.

Contracted with Kelly for layouts and model views of addition, kitchen and master bath on my home. I requested 1. A covered porch; 2. Slider in Kitchen to let in afternoon sun with a Deck off kitchen, 3. Enlarger Master Bath with the elimination of the bath door to allow bed place against that wall. 4. Walk in master closet. Of the nine plans she submitted to me, only one had all the things I requested. When I ask for her to revise her billing before moving forward, she threatened me with a collection agency. I was not going to submit a report on her, but the Architect I have now hired is working with what I want, and for a set fee, -. I gave an F for the over all experience as she threatened with a collection agency.
