Micah talked with me on the phone late on a Friday night when our bathtub was severely clogged. He told me a few things to try and fix it on my own first which actually worked. I didn't end up having to use his services that night but because he went out of his way like that I will definitely be giving him my business in the future!

He actually showed up on time, which today is a miracle, did great work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Micah was so friendy! The poor guy was ready to start his holiday but was so willing to help us out. We needed him to come that very day as we were leaving for Wyoming very early the next morning. The water was not going down in our toilet. We used a plunger and a snake without success and it was backing up into our bathroom sink and causing our kitchen sink to, for want of a better word, â gurgleâ . He originally asked if he could come in the evening which was definitely fine with us. He called me back shortly after weâ d ended our call and asked if he could actually come right then. OF COURSE! Fixed our problem and wasnâ t too costly for the work he did. Basically guarantees his work. Says if we have a problem within the week, he will come back at no charge. Within a month? Discounted rate. Great, great guy!

Well... the drain pipe for my washing machine was clogged, I had my septic pumped out, still clogged, I snaked the pipe still clogged coming off of working 3 12hrs shifts I work in the Boston area and live in Maine, I am at my wits end ready to jump off the nearest cliff, kids chearing me on because I am so grumpy!
