Having been on day 2 of a plumbing emergency with no call back from the numerous numbers I called requesting emergency services, I was getting so defeated. I came across Sgts and decided to give another plumber a call. Well HALLELUJAH I did!! They got in touch with me almost immediately after putting in my request. They were so responsive and on top of everything. Andrew came right after the job he was on (and this was later on a Sunday evening) and was such a professional! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and all around nice guy. Fixed us up in no time! You’ve gained a new customer today! Thank you guys so much for ALL of your services!

When I first called someone answered the phone. I got an idea on cost and said I had others to check on. I placed calls to 7 other plumbers and none of them got back to me. I called Sgt. Smith back and asked if they could do the job. They said yes and came the same afternoon. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the owner who came to do the job. He was very professional and let me know every step of the project he was doing to unclog the drain problem I had. I can't say enough of how well I was treated and his first rate customer service. I would highly recommend Sgt. Smith drain cleaning service to one and all.
