Had this for a couple of weeks and love what it does to keep my house cool. I highly recommend this system to everyone.

They installed a new oil furnace. Installers were polite and professional. A few weeks later, I had a water leak in the basement. Water leak was coming from the furnace as the furnace heats the hot water. The owner came out the next morning, identified the issue as the hot water relief valve not shutting off, and turned the water on bypassing the hot water relief valve. He said they would be back during the week to fix it. Seven and a half weeks later and six dates for them to return to fix it, they still have not shown up. The owner did claim that they came for one appointment but they knocked instead of ringing the doorbell, and, if they came, I did not hear them. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Consistent with other 5 star reviews, overall very satisfied. Overall high quality instillation; installers were professional in their approach to the project. Excellent work, would highly recommend.

Friendly, honest, and prompt!

Installed new furnace/boiler. Rates were well below estimates from others for same furnace. Installed by sons, not owner who is person who provided estimate during on-site visit. They did a great job and were friendly, efficient, and informative. Cleaned up area well. Since the installation two years ago I have found it difficult at times to reach owner by phone. Have had to call multiple times before getting a response. Be sure to get his son's phone numbers as he returns calls quicker. They have done a good job with yearly checkup and cleaning. Everything is working smoothly. Would recommend them for the work they do and their cost estimates.

Glad to have hot water again. They were excellent. Showed up went right at the problem, and were done in no time at all. I would definitely recommend them to others.

These guys were great. The new boiler installation looks great and works well. They also removed all the debris from the old boiler and another wood-fired boiler by climbing the stairs and going through the house; no bulkhead!

Service 2nd to none. I spoke with Bill McGinley after I had an unexpected failure of my boiler. Even though McGinley & sons were booked for the rest of the month at the time, Bill spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me trouble shooting the source of my problem just to help me out & for no personal gain. He later told me he was speaking to me from the hospital after a recent hip replacement. This just shows this companies level of dedication. I will personally use them from now on with all related service work!

Bill McGinley was very friendly and a straightshooter. He provided a very good price for the boiler install. We set a date within 2 weeks and he was there. The install was a lot of work but the team got the old one out and the new one in and operating before 6 pm. Mike was very impressive - organized, meticulous, and conscientious. Matt and Matt were courteous and professional and help get the project done. The new installation was very neat and very clean. It has been over a week since the install and it is operating without a hitch. Very quiet operation.

seldom returns phone calls, did not remove old boiler for 2 months instead of two days as promised, shoddy workmanship, ignores our complaint regarding a leak, not professional, overpriced, we have to hire someone to re-do their work properly
