Very professional. But could have cleaned up after themselves a little better in the attic. I had a small issue and they got back to me right away and took care of it. I would highly recommend McGinley and Sons heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking to install central air.

Customer experience was poor, once the money was received they were very slow and at times unresponsive to be able to book an install time, the initial install did not function properly, they had provided the electrician incorrect information as to what supplies would be needed, etc

Warranty service is terrible - my heat pump broke down late December, it's March 20 and all I get are excuses - part order delayed, van broke down, technician had to go to court. Multiple service appointments when no one showed up and never got a call to cancel. Technician Mike does good work and knows his business but sorry, that doesn't make up for the poor service.

The removal of my oil tank and both AC units on my home resutled in badly damaging a door frame. They did take off $250 from my $15,000+ bil, but left me to hire a contractor to fix the door. Since then, one of my units leaked out all of the refridgerant. They came back to fill it and added a leak detection matieral and told me to call them when the unit was no longer operational. I have done that and they have been blowing me off for at least 3 months. They always have excuses on why they cannot make it back out or just don't show up as promised.

They delivered as promised. They were on time, left it cleaner than when they came; pleasant and polite. Excellent.

I would highly recommend this company. The quality of workmanship and pricing was excellent. Out of the five companies that quoted the boiler replacement, Bill McGinley's quote was the lowest by several thousand dollars. The work was completed in a timely manner. During the replacement there was not one day that we didn't have heat or hot water. Bill delivers quality, efficiency, and service at a very competitive price. I will have McGinley perform all my future plumbing needs.

Being retired from the construction industry of 40 years I have seen alot. When i went to home adviser I was prepared for everything. I settled on McGinley and Son. They did a great installation of my heat pump and oil -fired furnace. Insulated all the take offs and trunk line. I would advise anyone on the quality of their work. Thanks to the whole team. for the professional and knowledgeable people here no question unanswered. So if you are looking for a new replacement for your heating system give them a call.

These folks did a fantastic emergency furnace replacement. They were quick and professional. Even the price was right. I would absolutely recommend these folks.

Owner is a little gruff, but gave us great advice and the installation (run mostly by the sons) was excellent. We are very happy with the product (mini-split heat pump).

Showed up very quickly for a no heat situation. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had the necessary parts on hand. Very reasonable bill and Matt was very friendly. Think we found a new guy.

We needed our old heating ducts replaced and new/ insulated ones installed. The work was done very professionally and timely. We have to add that they took the time to bring in an extra crew for the installation as the heat index would be around 100+ The next day and we needed our AC up and running. We would highly recommend them
