McGinley & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning

McGinley and Sons responded to my inquiry immediately and came to advise and quote the installation of a mini split air conditioner in our summer lake home. We felt that they explained and advised us in a very professional manner, they gave us a quote, and we arranged for the work to be done all in the same day. They agreed to do the installation that same week, and their work was done professionally and affordably. We are thrilled and would recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted them back in November of 2012, got a call back right away, very friendly on the phone, and promised the world when they came out for the estimate. I paid in full up front which was mistake one. They promise the job would be done in 1 day, took actually week and 1/2. Didn't clean up nor take the old parts until month and 1/2 with 10 phone calls to them. Still left the electrical work which I cleaned up myself finally. 6 months later, 1/2 the pipes are rusted. I have pictures to prove it. Call them with no response nor call back. I rather do the job myself then hire them.

They did a Great Job

Did a ok job with installation. Promised a free service on air conditioning in summer and never showed up after many many calls. I would not hire these people again.

Quote was reasonable and folks showed up on time for installation as promised. Got the work done on time, quality of the work was good. I had an issue with the unit that they took care of promptly on a Sunday. I would recommend their service.

The guys bent over backwards to make everything right in my 1860's house. From 100-year old radiators to PEX, they know what they're doing. Also, the recommendations they made have reduced oil consumption by around 50%

Mr McGinley under stands how to be a professional and under stands customer service. He followed up, gave us a accurate estimate, arrived on time for the job, started and finished the job on time and left the area clean. It is not easy to find people in this kind of industry that do what they say when they say it.

I had no idea how my oil burner worked and they were helpful explaining how it worked and what they were doing to maintain and clean it. I learned a lot and they didn't seem to mind me hanging around asking questions. Much appreciated, and I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to others.

These guys came in to do a cleaning and did not know what they were doing. If they would have placed the coil on correctly things would have been great, But they billed me for a new board and also charged me for a new coil that did not need to be replaced. I feel I got scamed.
