Bill was hired to install a new furnace and provide new relief valves for all 10 radiators. Because he was supposed to give us the relief valves at no charge, His crew was provided lunch at no charge for the 2 days it took to install the system. at the completion of the install, Bill said he needed to order the balance of the relief valves as he did not have enough in stock. several weeks went by and still no relief valves. his crew also neglected to hook up the fresh air vent at the time of install. I have called him numerous times and he has not responded at all.

Prior to the installation, I experienced a family emergency, called the contractor and told them I needed my down payment refunded due to sudden medical bills. That was about a month ago. I'm still waiting for the refund. He even called and told me a check would be in the mail....nothing has arrived. I wouldn't recommend this contractor if he is so fast to accept a down payment, and not at all willing to be as timely with a refund

This business installed my Central AC unit. I had contacted them, they came over the next day, they looked over what was needed to be done and provided a quote and scheduled an install within days, arrived on time for the install and had it done within an hour or two and everyone was very polite and professional while providing an explanation for how to use the system and answered all questions clearly. This business looked and worked very professionally and knew what they are doing. I recommend this business very highly!!!

I had a problem with my system when I put on the air conditioner. water was coming out the overflow. McGinley & son came out the next day and fixed the problem. Very professional and great to deal with. I will be calling them back for a fall cleaning on my system.

Prior to hiring McGinley and Sons I had shopped around and found them to be the best choice for what we needed. My home is 200+ years old they worked diligently to make sure everything was perfect. They were all very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to have a new furnace installed.

The McGinley team removed the old furnace and installed the new one in the time they said it would take during an extreme cold snap. The workmanship and clean up was great. We highly recommend them!

Bill and sons were great, got a call back immediately and Bill came to our home and gave us a great quote and I scheduled the install immediately. Then the cold weather hit and furnace wasn't heating the house, called Bill and he came out the next available day, and replaced the thermostat. Still wasn't heating well, called Bill and he said it was because our basement wasn't sealed well, and we had a lot of drafts on first floor. Well he should have mentioned this with the first walk through & quote. I would have waited until spring when the basement is to be redone, would still recommend

Bill and Sons came to my house on time and stayed until the project was finished even though it went beyond the usual work day. They didn't even take a lunch break. Bill was able to install the top of the line Thermopride furnace for me and replace my old Central Air unit for the same price as other companies were going to charge me for just the furnace.
