I needed both a new furnace and central air unit. The contractor quoted a very good price for the work. He did however ask for a substantial deposit prior to starting. The contractor gave me a date for starting the work and started the work on time. He also gave a time estimate to complete the work and completed on time. So far, the system appears to be operating properly. Good work for a good price. The sole problem is that the contractor only deals with a small number of manufacturers. Obtaining the preferred unit was not possible except at a premium price.

Had my heating system upgraded to a newer Buderus system with water heater. Install took approximately 5 hours. when called with questions, response time is a call back within a few minutes.

System has been in only 2.5 weeks. Heat and hot water are great. Problem with 10 year old propane stove unrelated to Oil Boiler install is absorbing my attention now. Will add to this later. I expect to save money on oil deliveries. Will have exact numbers in 2 months.

Neat and efficient installment. Boiler is quiet but have not had it long enough to say how efficient.

Their's was the only reasonable bid of the several I received. They arrived on schedule, did a nice install within 4 hours, and cleaned up the job site. The house was a dry 70F on a humid 85F day before they left.

Bill was able to come to my house 2 hours after I called the request in. Talked me through options and came to an agreement then. His sons were there 2 days later and installed a new boiler, pipes, pumps, and hot water heater. There was a problem with the computer and Bill came over promptly to fix it. No problems since then, great service!

Money up front I was not comfortable with. Problems with parts being defective, we were extremely inconvenienced with the whole procedure. We had it done during extreme cold; Lucky for us we could use our wood stove as a back up as we were without heat numerous times. My husband had to travel quite a distance to find bricks to keep us warm. Truthfully we were not impressed and would most likely go with them again.
