Charlie the owner and the tech that came to my house was willing to come at short notice and clear the blocked sewage drain. He had all the equipment and parts he needed right on his truck so there was no waiting or making a follow up appointment! He was very friendly and gave some very helpful tips to prevent the same issue from happening again. I highly recommend Dash Drains for any drain issues!

When we finally determined that our problem was clog in the drain pipe that was under a slab we were very concerned. I posted my problem on Home Advisor and got an immediate response from this company. Charlie was here on a Saturday within a couple of hours! He snaked about 50 ft. and the problem was solved within minutes! So grateful for solving this problem the weekend before Christmas! Price was reasonable for a weekend. I would recommend him for drain problems!

Charlie was amazing. He took the call on Thanksgiving Eve, and agreed to come right over. I called him several minutes later to tell him, the drain had cleared, and there was no need to come. he cheerfully said great news, and have a Happy T-Day. I called several minutes later to say, the drain had NOT cleared, and so we did need him after all. He said no problem, I'll turn back around. He was terrific. I recommend him (and the Company) very highly.
