Charlie came out and in no time cleared the blockage. When I called they said about 2 hrs , he was here within an hr. He was very professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Definitely recommend this company.

Hello! I was told by the dispatcher that the tech would call when en route to my location. Tech called an hour later and told me he just looked up my location and couldn't service it because it was a mobile home?! Is this the real world or a nightmare!? Thanks for wasting everyone's time with your false advertisements promising emergency service for all. How would having a stick built home change this equation. I suppose they just lack the skills necessary.

Carlos came & fixed my problem in no time at all..thought it was my drainage but it was just a bad clog in my toilet and sink..called this morning & they were here by the afternoon..very friendly & professional..did not over charge me & fixed my problem...I would highly recommend this company in need of their services

Prompt and competent service the clogged drain was resolved quickly. He was and nice a capable person who answered many questions and was very helpful. Top Dog certainly deserves a five star.

Besides the prompt, excellent service, they were very helpful to answer my questions about my septic system.

Charlie took time out from a busy day and drove a long distance to help me out with clogged basement drain that had flooded my basement. Very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time explained all that needed to be done to keep my system in tip top shape. I highly recommend him and Top Dog sewer and drain.

Dan is a true professional. He may be young (thirties) but seems to be born of an era when men were gentlemen. He came in, was respectful, did his job and explained anything I asked, cleaned up better than it was when he arrived and was gone. He came the same day and was complete and expedient. I am a pain to please, but I highly recommend Top Dog.

I called at 2300 on a Saturday night and Danny was there and job completed and cleaned up by 0100. Professional, easy to talk to, reasonably priced, all around fantastic service.
