Billy was very nice and professional... was able to move the date of service due to weather with out a problem... kept on the job.. only issue was when the work area was "restored", it was left a bit messy with dirt and mulch on the bottom of the house

We had recently had a chimney re-lined and apparently had disturbed some bats that were living in the cracks in the old liner. After capturing (and releasing) four bats in five days, we called Billy. He evaluated the situation and determined that the bats we caught were just trying to get out as there was no evidence in the attic of any huge colony. He came back in the evening, when the bats would have been out and about, and sealed up any potential entry areas. Haven't seen a bat since. Price was reasonable and Billy was a great guy to deal with.

Billy called me within minutes of entering my request for a quote and he came over the same day. He looked at the places where the mice could come into the house and gave me a quote. I thought the price was very reasonable so I hired him. He came the next day and closed all entry points and set up traps. He came back a week later and removed the traps. They were empty but it may have been that the mice were coming in and out of the house. He gives a 2 year warranty and said he'd come back if I hear anything else up in the attic. Hopefully now they can't get in and will go elsewhere. I was very pleased with Billy's service and would highly recommend him.

Billy is the best. He has a truck mounted, commercial pressure system so he is 90% more through than the other guys. He gets all the areas: under the decks, along the roof, up the sides, behind the trim ... everywhere it needs to be. He is responsive and efficient. Don't expect any more trouble.

Very Professional!! We had a really bad problem, and within a couple of days we noticed the ants were dying off. Now we don't see any. Billy the gentleman who came out, was very careful around our toddlers toys. I highly recommend Bio Tech Pest

His response was quick by email & then he called to ask if he could stop by that same afternoon on his way back from another job. I was just expecting him to give me an estimate & set up a time to spray for the ants that have been coming into my home, He came, explained his services pricing and follow up policies and said he could do it right then for me. He was pleasant & honest and a month later I have no more ants. I would highly recommend Pest Control.
