I was just going through some old files and came across my receipt for their work back in April 2014. Bill came out to verify the problem and we set up a date to get it done. The price was probably much less than six years later but it was reasonable and worth it. Bill was very professional and respectful. To this day I remember how pleased I was with his work ethic.
