Great service! I called multiple companies on the Friday before New Year's and Bio Tech responded within minutes of my inquiry, came to do a free pest inspection that evening, and gave me a fair quote. Billy was back at my house to perform the services within the next day after the holiday. He did such an amazing job and took great care / was so thorough with our condo. He was more than happy to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. He really knows his stuff. I'm a 100% satisfied customer. While I hope I don't need further pest control services, I would call Bio Tech again in the future. Thanks again!

Simply said , Bill is fantastic, his fee is also fantastic, and have hired him to rid my other house of bats and some other pests. Climbed and extremely steep roof to seal a chimney that I can guarantee no other pest control person would attempt. Large Bat colony was gone in 7 days.

Billy did an inspection of my attic & found no damage from any animals or pests. Did not charge for the inspection or time he spent here . Very professional . I would recommend him to anyone & will absolutely call him for any future work if need be.

They took care of the bats and flying squirrels in my attic wall and sealed the gap. And also came back to take care of a hornets nest for free. Will definitely hire him again.

Billy is very thorough and his pricing is fair. He's not pushy with other services and is very accommodating with his schedule. It was so nice to hire someone and not feel like you're getting ripped off!

Billy did an excellent job for us. He came out to inspect our house for termites and confirmed that we had them. He then quickly scheduled an appointment with us to come back and take care of our termites. I found his price to be extremely reasonable and much cheaper than my parents who just had termites treated by another company. I would highly recommend Billy and we will have him back next year to treat for ants and wasps.

He told me I did not need the termite control. I just needed the carpenter ant treatment.
