These guys really know their stuff! They were thorough and timely. The termites were taken care of in one day and at a reasonalble price. I would definately recomend them.

Bio Tech called within minutes of when I entered what I needed into the computer. They were out to my house the next day to assess the situation (lots of carpenter ants in a wall over the fireplace, and termites around the perimeter of the house). The job was quickly scheduled; the work was done completely to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again for any kind of pest control.

This is a very informative company they explain everything about the bus the how and why about them and what treatment is going to be used and why they are using that treatment. Bio Tech called me immediately are were out to the house the next day. I had a severe yellow jacket and wasp infestation and after 24 hours the problem had disappeared. They are great!

I didn't give a 5 for customer service as they were not able to make the first 2 scheduled estimates and I had already left work early to get home in time to meet them before they called to reschedule. I also did not give a 5 for quality because i thought that they were going to remove the yellow jacket nests in my soffets but all they did was spray them. It could just be my mis-understanding and they couldn't remove them until after they sprayed. Other than that it was a great experience working with this company and I will continue to use them.
