Came out the same day I emailed the request. Service was fast and Billy was very pleasant. I felt the cost was fair for the services performed and there is no contract requirement.

Billy took care of the carpenter ants for my tenants. My tenants were very please . He was also the best price . So far , so. Good.

Called before arriving. I needed them to inspect around my home because I had seen a snake in my yard earlier this summer. They did so and sealed any area they found where any "critter" could get into my home. Very friendly, great customer service. I would highly recommend Bio Tech Pest Control.

My house has been overrun with mice from the basement to the attic. Billy has been so helpful, in setting up traps, inspecting my house and sealing holes. It's a sensitive issue, but Billy is genuine in his demeanor and confident in his abilities. He has been able to get into my attic to set up traps, where there is no access. I'm so glad he came. He's coming to follow up in 2 weeks (clean up dead mice), and then quarterly. With Billy, I don't feel embarrassed about the problem at all. I'm looking forward to seeing how many mice he has caught, and to once again hear the silence of a house without mice. :) I'm so happy with his service.
