Description of Work: I called John on a Friday at 2pm flustered and distraught because the other plumbing service we had scheduled put us off for a week. We needed to have an old heater removed and capped in order for carpet to be installed before moving into our new house the following Monday. The other company left us high and dry! If you have remodeled any rooms in a house, then you know how one job depends on another. If it wasn't for John and his colleague Steve, we would not have been able to move into our new home as scheduled( did I mention that it is also the week before Christmas?). Not only did they remove the old heater in time for he carpet to be installed, they installed our washer and dryer, ran a water line for our dishwasher to be installed, and ran a line for our ice maker. Additionally, John reccomended a great electrician to set up the electrical elements necessary for our dishwasher to work! I am extremely impressed and grateful!

Description of Work: Fixed drip in toilet that they installed about 2 months ago (about $275 for installation and removal of old toilet). A piece in the tank malfunctioned and had to be replaced. Pettigrew services products if purchased from dealer they do business with; I had done that so toilet has warranty.
