Description of Work: Jamilla and Thomas arrived on time and did a very professional job cleaning our carpets, three area rugs and a sofa. They gave me tips for how best to clean spots that occur in the future and how protect our rugs from being damaged by harsh chemicals. The carpets, rugs and sofa look fabulous. I will definitely call Alladin again.

+ -1 moreAfter a good experience last year for a few rooms and a couple chairs ($350), we had Alladin come back to do a refresh on our den. We didn't realize it but they have a minimum charge of $125. As a result, the crew came in for 30 minutes did a nice job and handed us a bill for $125. It would have been better if we were told this when we set up the appointment. Instead we were left feeling like we got jammed this time.
