The plumber showed up on time, was pleasant and because it was snowing he took the time to cover his shoes. We had a leak in our shower/tub combo that 2 other professionals were unable to fix. He spent about an hour and a half located the problem and it hasn't leaked since.

The repair person was knowledgeable and professional. It took less time than I thought, however, everything is getting more and more expensive to fix. The LAARS system isn't what it used to be, especially with the public water source, pennichuck. Who knows what is in the water? I am glad I had this prompt and professional service. thank you.

They came immediately to assist me. After their visit, I was given a fair quote and paid 50% of the charges up front before they started the job. I was told that they would need to order a part and that they would call me to schedule a follow-up install appointment. Later that day I receied a call from their customer service department to see if I was satisfied with their service. I told them that I was extremely pleased and would recommend them. BUT NOW It is now 11 days later and they have not returned, not called or provided a status update. They have cashed my check and the part that they claimed needed to be ordered happens to be an off the shelf part at any plumbing supply house. Still no heat and still no contact. Not very happpy at all.

I was very impressed with how fast they could come out to us #1 as we called 3 other companies in which 1 could not get to us for 2 weeks and the other 2 never returned our phone calls :-( #2 Customer service was EXCELLENT Phil was fantastic in diagnosing and getting the job done. The 3 weeks was due to 4th of July holiday and for the parts to be shipped from manufacturer. Our AC is up and running and we even signed on for the yearly cleaning and service contract. Extremely happy and highly recommend!

Charged over $500. To install one fixture that I supplied totaling 3 connections and did not bring the tool to fix a drain problem that was part of my request.

From our first experience with Mike H., we felt comfortable. Mike didn't throw around model numbers and industry terms we wouldn't know; he carefully gathered our requirements, explained the challenges of retrofitting a central air system into our 1992-built home, and made a recommendation (high velocity system) that perfect suits us. Chuck and Jeff came out to install, and spent 4 days making sure everything was perfect. The vents are great - look like recessed lights, and it is bliss to have a comfortable home without the roar of a window unit. We truly couldn't be more pleased. These guys are professionals, truly care about recommending, installing, and supporting the system that's right for us. I've already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. They showed up to do annual maintenance. They had no filters on the truck and failed to clean the outside heat pump. He spent more time writing down information for their invoice than actually doing the work.
