I hired TCC three weeks ago to install a heat pump mini-split systems for my 4 BR home. Their quote was competitive, their install went as planned, and the technicians were super knowledgeable and worked hard to do it right. I am thrilled with the results. I have recommended them to family already and TCC will get more business.

At first things were a little rocky because a technician came over and gave me numbers that didn’t make sense, but after I got in touch with someone else things went super well and they were extremely great to work with. There was a misunderstanding with cost but they just charged the lesser amount given I already needed 3 code upgrades so it was already a bit costly. They did a great job installing!

T.c.c. arrived quickly during the "covid 19 pandemic" did the job professionally. The company I work for refused to come out. T.c.c. made my house sale happen, I was able to close the deal on time. Thank you.

The office did not tell the workers the proper time to arrive even though the office confirmed the time twice. Workers showed up early, I did not hear them got a phone call saying that if I did not let them in, in the next 10 to 15 minutes they would leave. They were over a hour early. The workers said this is not the first time that this has happened and the office blames the customer to the workers. JUST COMMUNICATE

New furnace installed 2 years ago. Install was quick and professional. On time and as quoted. After a few furnace adjustments and a repair. All is well.

TCC is as good as it gets. After several issues with our GC and the plumber he used, I insisted that we use ours to fix everything that was messed up and/or flat-out wrong in our house. He agreed and I immediately called TCC. First, Joe is the best when it comes to boilers and plumbing issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient when someone like myself, who knows absolutely nothing about boilers, ask a LOT of dumb questions. He fixed an issue that we've been having since we moved into the house last summer - one that our GC's plumber has been to the house on three different occasions to fix and only made worse. I've recommended TCC to clients who needed boiler repairs, plumbing updates and such in their homes and all have been equally as pleased. Are they cheapest around? No. But I've found that, when it comes to contractors, you get what you pay for and if paying a little more means I'll have good service and it'll be done right the first time, then I'll pay it every time. TCC rocks!

Tech was held up on a previous job, I called to verify the window of time and was informed it would be late. I asked to be called when the tech was en route and they did so not too much time was wasted.

They have set pricing for projects. The techs I had brought the book in and was very upfront about the costs. No plumber is cheap, but to have this kind of transparency was welcomed.

I just purchased a condo and had problems lighting the pilot light on the fireplace. I found Total Climate Control via HomeAdvisor's and scheduled a service call. The workers showed up on-time and could not have been more friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the problem. They kept me informed during the entire process and were able to identify the problem, made appropriate adjustments and had the fireplace up and running before I knew it. They also made sure there were no gas issues before leaving and ensured I was fully satisfied with their work, which I was. It is so refreshing to find such dedicated workers who represent their company with pride and professionalism. I fully plan to use Total Climate Control again for any plumbing, heating, cooling or gas issue again, should any problems arise, and highly recommend their friendly and professional services as well. Thank you Total Climate Control team, your efforts and the value I received was greatly appreciated.
