TCC was great. They were on time, fulfilled their commitments, followed up with me and were professional in every way.

If you're looking for a service that is fast and fairly priced hire them! Very knowledgeable and had great customer service.

Hired Total Climate Control to replace an aging forced hot air, oil-fired furnace. Their bid was competitive and their scheduling prompt. They installed a well-known make/model furnace that had good reviews online. The only issue we had was that our furnace had a defective sensor that caused the blower to run continuously. In spite of this, I give Total Climate Control 5 stars because they stayed on top of the problem and in contact with us. They performed a temporary fix to the sensor and when the new part arrived they replaced the defective one all under warranty and in a timely manner. Everything is working great now.

The service person corrected the immediate problem with the AC, a clogged filter. However, he did not check the AC charge so we will have to have somebody out again.

I would recommend Total Climate control to all of my friends. The staff was professional and knowledgeable.

Sears responded immediately, and Climate Control did the installing.

The initial meeting was good, the price was right, the crew arrived on time however they did take longer than originally estimated. There was a leak that we noticed the following day and it wasn't made clear that it wasn't something of concern since it would stop on its own. Unfortunately we didn't here back from them until we called for the yearly maintenance and then indicated that the leak hadn't been addressed. That was when the part that was leaking was finally replaced. In all, even though the crew that came to do the work did a good job the person who is in charge of scheduling and customer service should be following up better.

I had an issue with my force heated air furnace and I orginally called Galaxy Plumbing and Heating. They came and charged me $350 only to say that my furance is old and need a replacement ASAP and gave me quote for $5k. I got suspicious and went through Service Magic and hired Total Climate Control. TCC came and found my furnace in great condition and identified an issue with my thermostat and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Since then its running really good. TCC only charged me little more for their weekend service and saved me from spending $5K. They ROCKS and I really recommend them .

Matthew Rabideau is very professional and responsive. There were some initial problems with the installation. Matt promptly sent technicans to fix the problems. I liked his work, so we hired Total Climate Control for another project also.

Our central air stopped blowing cold air. I researched repair shops in the area and decided to give Total Climate Control a call. I called at about 8:30am. Shortly thereafter I was speaking with someone to schedule an appointment for later the same day. They were supposed to show up between 2pm -6pm. When the technician was running late, I got a call from the office. The tech, Chuck showed up around 6pm and diagnosed the problem. I needed a new condensor that he did not have on his truck. He drove back to the office, picked up the part and returned an hour later. In a raging downpour he quickly got the job done. Thanks Chuck, job done

Contractor was very informative without being pushy as we made our installation decision. Followed through on all promises made and work was done in a timely manner. Very pleased with job done and clean up that was performed afterward. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is that we felt review of product instructions could have been more thorough once installed and we have not had furnance long enough to fully endorse the product.
