Jamie was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive!! Couldn’t be happier with the job he did. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I was about to go on a business trip, and did not want to leave my wife and young daughter with the garage door stuck open. Jamie was very responsive, and made a house call within 8 hours, and was able to temporarily clamp the broken spring while we waited for replacement parts that Jamie ordered. He returned a few days later (while I was away) and installed the permanent replacement parts.

Jamie answered our call quickly, and was able to make time to come and look the same day. We were concerned because we could not close the garage door. The garage leads into the house, and I was going on business travel that evening, leaving my wife and young daughter alone. Jamie was able to jury rig a temporary spring and re-run the cables to make the door operable, while he ordered the permanent replacement spring. Two days later, while I was still away, he returned and installed the new spring. He was easy to work with, and very communicative.

Jamie was excellent to work with. We had hired him 2 times previously to fix issues that popped up with our old double garage door, and each time he was responsive, prompt, professional, friendly, and quickly fixed our issues. He was also helpful and answered all our questions to help us understand our options. When it finally came time to replace our old garage door, we hired Jamie again and the experience was just as positive as our previous times. The quality of his work is excellent, our new door looks great, and our new garage door opener is a huge improvement over the old one. He arrived on time for the job and completed the work quickly, and was professional and friendly to interact with. Once he was finished, he spent time explaining how everything worked, answering all of our questions, and making sure we were happy with everything. We would highly recommend him to others.

We had just closed the garage door when we heard what sounded like an explosion. One of the springs for the door failed. Fortunately we had the safety cable to prevent any damage or injury. We found Integrity Overhead Doors on Angies List. His reviews were quite impressive. We called James and he immediately answered. We told him the issue and asked about getting on his list to have the repairs made. He said he was in the next town, had the parts on his truck and could be at the house in 35 minutes. James arrived as promised and we decided that in addition to having the springs replaced on the door with the damaged spring, we'd go ahead and replace the 2 springs on the other door, which were the same age. James replaced the 4 springs within 30 minutes, lubricated the rollers, pulleys and bars for both doors, and verified the operation of both doors. His service was excellent, he was very professional and we would definitely hire him again for any garage door work we need done.

I had to frame out the garage to accommodate the new doors. In the meantime, it took a little over 6 weeks to get the doors in since I assume they were a bit more unusual in size. This was a big job since the existing doors combined weighed over 600 pounds. The new doors are quiet, look terrific and work great. We had been recommended Integrity from both reviews on Angies List and a family member. Very happy with the work.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service and installation. Jamie showed up on Tuesday and by Friday the door openers were installed. Our installation was difficult but he did a beautiful job, was neat and everything was done perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased and the price was reasonable.

Went quite well. He was very local since I live in Tewksbury. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He left the area clean and explained how to operate the device. I would recommend him to anyone.

It was wonderful experience! Jamie was always polite, quick to answer our calls and questions, on time for appointments. He provided very reasonable quotes and different options for us. We decided to replace two old garage doors with new ones, and he gave us good explanation of what he would do. On the installation date, he was again on time, did everything really well and finished quick and clean. Jamie at Integrity Overhead Doors was great. Called on a Saturday, got a return call on Sunday, stated his availability for the next week, got another call on Monday saying he's available and can be there in 30 mins, and 15 minutes later the door was fixed. It needed new springs and to go above and beyond he greased the rails. He was super professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their garage door fixed.

Jamie was fantastic. He called me very soon after I requested service and arrived on time to look at my doors. He replaced one set of springs, adjusted my light sensors, properly set the opener sensitivity, and cleaned/lubricated my rails and wheels. Works like new! Very professional and answered all my questions.

Jim provided excellent service. He was extremely responsive and the charges were very reasonable.

He arrived punctually and was able to work within my scheduling constraints. The work was performed efficiently and well. He noticed the drum was damaged and suggested replacing that as well, which he did at no additional charge. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Integrity was excellent. He was quick to call back (other providers I called did not always return my call) and provided me with clear information over the phone on pricing and opener options. We talked about when he could come and do the work. His schedule was delayed but he was very good about keeping me updated and arrived when we said. The door opener is great quality and works perfectly. I will be needing new doors in the near future and will absolutely have Integrity do the work.

The installer came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate and I accepted it, and he was able to install it immediately. Within an hour or so it was all done.

Jamie surveyed the set up oiled a few parts, replaced a roller and had the door operating effectively within 20 minutes. He spent the time to show me what to look for and how to remedy the little things. Saved me a lot of money as he only charged for the visit.
