It was an excellent experience. They replaced both garage doors, motors, openers, etc. They made a full installation for a more than reasonable price. All the work was done on time, as agreed and the quality of the work done exceeded expectations. This is not the first time I work with this company and they do an excellent job every time. They were very responsive and scheduled the work at our convenience. I strongly recommend this company for any Garage doors work.

Jamie and his nephew were great to work with. They came to preform work when they said they would and completed within a timely manner. When I could not be on site at completion, Jamie came back on the weekend to explain how the new garage doors operated and even through in an extra remote control. Honest, hard working and dependable! I would certainly hire again.

Jamie from Integrity did a wonderful job repairing my mom’s garage door! He communicated when he was going to be late and even found a cable needing to be repaired on the other door. Jamie Mann spent a lot of time with us up front making sure we got the garage doors that would meet our needs. He called company representatives to make sure they could supply the custom color we wanted. He placed the special order without requiring a deposit, and called as soon as it came in. Installation was flawless. He and his nephew arrived on time, worked quickly to remove the old doors, install the new ones, and cleaned up afterwards. We were able to ask questions along the way, including how to program the new opener. He added electrical plugs to accommodate the updated technology, threw in an extra clicker and outside wall panel, and he even supplied a light bulb that wasn’t included with the new opener. The last thing Jamie did before driving away was to bend down with a brush and dustpan to eliminate any minor debris on the garage floor. It could not have gone better, and I would recommend this company completely.

Garage door required fix and had to replace a spring. They were very responsive and came to perform the fix one day after I called. They did the work at a very reasonable price. Very professional, I will definitely call them again for any garage door work I need.

Jamie and Andrew JUST left, and the quality and value of the service was such that I felt writing a review was very much in order. Once I put in a request for a quote, via the request feature, I spoke to Jamie within minutes. He was able to get out here first thing the next morning and was not only on-time, but called ahead of time to let me know he was on-schedule. While here, the guys went above and beyond what any home owner could reasonably consider the expected level of service. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and I would absolutely hire them again. As a Realtor, I constantly get asked to make recommendations for work and repair on new homes. I was so impressed by my experience, that I asked Jamie for a stack of business cards that I can display at open houses and provide to future clients. A+

From my initial call to Jamie right through to the end of the service call everything was easy, efficient, assuring, pleasant and professional. He provided a thorough explanation over the phone of the work he would do, the estimated cost and the time to do it. He was flexible with scheduling, punctual with his arrival and he and his assistant performed the work very efficiently. He replaced the springs, some pins and readjusted the track and installed an automatic door opener. He provided good instruction on the workings of the opener. He did not try to sell me more than I needed. The door works beautifully now. I recommend Jamie and Integrity Overhead Doors highly.

Jamie was excellent to deal with and extremely responsive. After the siding company I hired dented my garage door, I called Integrity Overhead Doors and Jamie explained how to proceed. After he confirmed he could get a matching replacement panel, he was able to come out to my house quickly to perform the work. As long as he was there, I asked him to install a remote keypad and replace some weather stripping. Everything looks and works great. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent. Jamie called me before his normal business hours, came to my house that afternoon and temporarily repaired the broken spring so we could use the garage door, ordered the custom spring and returned within 10 days to replace the spring.

Very quick response to voicemail inquiry, same day availability, contacted me when on the way, perfect repair and reasonably priced. Also included inspection and lubrication of related parts. Excellent! Jaimie is a dedicated professional who helped us go through a long selection process of upscale wood doors. The process took us few months to decide on the type and design, mainly due to our indecisiveness, but Jaimie was patient and helped us through until the installation and follow up.

Very professional and responsive. Answered the phone. Came the next afternoon. Replaced broken cable, repaired a few other issues, and lubricated both doors.

The purchase and install went very well. Jamie provided us with many options for door design and color. He was very knowledgable about all the options for each. And when a color wasn't available in one model of the door he provided us with an alternative that we couldn't be more pleased with. The install went very smoothly. Jamie made every effort to make sure we were happy with the final effect.

I contacted Jamie at Integrity Overhead Door and he promptly came to assess the situation on 5/28/18. He said he would check into availability from the manufacturer, Clopay, and get back to me with price and schedule. While here, he pointed out an overextended weak spring that needed to be replaced. He said he had the replacement in his truck and would give me a discount because he was already on site. I agreed to replace the spring, he did the work and then proceeded to lubricate both doors with a special lithium grease, at no additional charge. It took until 7/9/18 for the new panel to arrive and Jamie to come and do the work. The new panel looks great, the doors work like new and I would highly recommend this company. Jamie is a friendly competent person and his price was better than the competition. Note: cost of service was for the panel and installation only.

Installation went smoothly within the state time. He made an extra effort to accommodate my special requests. This is the second time I've hired Integrity Doors and I've been pleased with the experience both times.

We thought we would need to replace the entire system but the gentleman from Integrity Overhead Doors looked over the door and the opener and told us all we would need to do was replace a few parts. Instead of spending a fortune for a new door and opener it only cost a few hundred to repair our existing setup The name fits this company - Integrity. We've kept his card for any issues in the future. You can't go wrong hiring this great company.
