Description of Work: Gutter cleaning via 'Daily Deal' special .... When arranging the service I was asked to select my preferred week, and was told I'd be called the day before, so I'd know when to expect the workers, although it would not be necessary for me to be home while the work was being done. However, noone called to notify me as to when the work had been scheduled and, in the middle of a very rainy afternoon I suddenly began to hear someone walking on my roof. I also fear that they actually neglected to clean a significant portion of the gutter on the rear of the house.
