I called Jeff on Saturday morning, I spoke with Jeff and asked him if he could help my dad in Epping NH he said he could. I am in NC so I needed someone that has a good rating. HomeAdvisor listed Jeff and I am glad I called him. He had one of his team call me before arriving, my dad was very happy and said a job well done Chris was able to clear the drain and put this issue behind us. We will keep Jeff as our Go To plumber going forward.

Jeff called me SECONDS after I posted on HomeAdvisor (literally seconds). He quoted me an initial price over the phone and stuck to that price. He gave me a time frame and arrived right on time. He was neat, clean, professional highly skilled and even took the time to be kind to our Dog!! EXCELLENT work at a VERY reasonable price!! I could not recommend him more highly. FYI I work for a competitor of his who was swamped with work and couldn't get to me today! When a competitor has such high praise for your work you can take that recommendation to the BANK!! Jeff Drains was great to work with, they showed up on short noticed. There experts assessed the project and made several recommendations including one that saved us money on the project. They were pleasant to work with, left the site clean and I would definitely hire them again.

I had narrow 2" diameter long pipe connected to washing machine & sink in the cellar which had heavy clogging & was never worked on in the past. The plumber took time with working with a very long snake & finally opened up the passage. I was so grateful to have hired him.
