We had had someone else come out who was unable to get through whatever was blocking our sewer line, causing raw sewage to back up into our home! Jeff was very honest and clear about what he would do and what he might be able to accomplish. He arrived quickly since this was kind of an emergency and within 30 minutes he was able to break through the roots, etc that was blocking the line. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Would definitely call him again and would refer him to others.
