Jeff returned my call immediately. We discussed and evaluated the situation over the phone. He was flexible when scheduling. He also followed up prior to arrival to confirm. His employee Kyle who did the work was pleasant and spoke to me over the phone when the job was complete because I was not on sight. I would highly recommend for follow through and fair price.

Quick response and was able to come out right away. Very personable young man, made a few attempts to clear clog but he couldn't get to the trap. Gave me a few plumbers to call to try to help. Didn't charge me a crazy amount, was very fair. I would definitely recommend Jeff's Drains.

Jeff's Drains was great. Answered all my questions over the phone, was upfront on pricing and was able to set an appointment without issues. He understood I was calling around for pricing and was not pushy. We booked him for a camera inspection for a new house we are buying and he gave us a time-frame he would arrive and stuck to it. He located an blockage and was able to clear the blockage for us without issue and then continue with the inspection. He was neat, professional and local! We highly recommend his services!

I called Jeff's Drains at 7:00am and he said he would have someone there at 9:00. Kyle showed up exactly at 9:00 and was able to clear the clogged drain within about an hour. Would definitely hire again.

Kyle was excellent. He cleared both the root problem I had in our main sewer as well as the blockage in our basement utility sink. The advice he shared with me was something I never heard before and Jeff's Drains will be the only Company I use for any future maintenance or issues.

Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me understand the problem (root clog) and ways to avoid the problem in the future. I will use him again for preventative maintenance for the main sewer drain.

The service overall was excellent and very prompt. There was some confusion over pricing. I may have misunderstood, or the worker may have been intentionally unclear to encourage me to spend more.

The first 'Pro' that called me was the Pipe Surgeon. He told me he was not available Tuesday but would come by Wednesday morning. Jeff's Drains then contact me and said he could come by on Tuesday. I then texted the Pipe Surgeon and told him I had chosen another 'Pro' that could come by Tuesday. The Pipe Surgeon then called me and said he could come by Tuesday also. I told him I was all set and he asked me what 'Pro' I had hired, I told him Jeff's Drains. Then the Pipe Surgeon called Jeff's Drain, saying he was my son (I don't have a son) and that he didn't have to come by. Jeff's Drain then called me and asked if I was cancelling his service, I told him no and that no one from my house called him to cancel. Jeff's Drain did a great job at the price quoted.
