I called Jeff late in the day and he showed up that day (evening) and cleared the clogged main drain effectively. His price was very reasonable with no extra charges like rotor rooter likes to do. This is definitely a do it your self job.

Jeff was very nice and knows his stuff!! He showed up in the time frame he said and came in and got it done. He knew exactly what he was doing and we will never hire anyone else but Jeff when it comes to this problem. We are customers as long as he is in business!!

I truly cannot say enough about Jeff and professionalism and quality of work. He came out within 20 minutes of my call and the job was much worse than we thought, but he was determined to fix the drain and he did after 2.5 hours. I was so impressed that he was able to fix the drain and only charged us what he originally quoted. The job he did actually cost $100 more, but he only charged us what he quoted. Most would not have done this and I was very surprised. He explained to us what the problem was and how it happens. I would highly recommend him to everyone and I hope we don't ever have this problem again, but I won't hesitate to call him again for the job. His prices are fair and far better than others. As I said, I was so impressed and satisfied with all the time, work and determination in getting the job done. I cannot thank him enough!!

Jeff is very professional and charges correct amount and he is on time. He knows his work and if you have clogged drains then jeff is your man.

I hired Jeff just to snake my clogged toilet. I job I could have done myself but my snake was not broken. We had scheduled an appointment for 11/28 between ,11-1;00 the reviews I read stated he was very professional and was prompt with his appointment times. I waited , texted him and called him to no avail! He should have been professional and just acknowledge and shared the truth and I could have had another plumber out here!

Jeff came out the day after I called him I thought it might be less expensive than a weekend. Price was the same and well worth it he cleared the drain problem. Did a better job than another. And less expensive. He came back on a Sunday to do the camera video again very reasonable and efficient> I am actually looking for the email with the video now So the only problem is I haven't seen it yet in my email. Ok so today is 11-18-2016 I am a bit upset that I have not seen the camera video in my email yet. Although it was a reasonable price. And he informed me of the results. I still have not seen it yet very disappointing. When I pay for something I expect to receive it. Yes I did call him about twice. the first time his VM was full and he did not answer. So I sent him a Text no reply. I called last Sunday he said he would call me back on Monday morning he did not and I still don't have the video in my email just checked. So bottom line he did good on clearing drain not so good on the video of the pipes.

I hired him couple time and He always show on time. With a reasonable price. He did a Great job too.

Arrived within the time frame he said and cleared the drain quickly. Was a value vs the other guys that wont quote a price prior to the work.
