Jeff's Drains

Hired Jeff Drains for a sewer inspection for a new property, and they were very professional and gave a good, non-dramatized assessment of the sewer line which was what I was looking for.

They are experienced drain cleaners. When I explained to Jeff directly what was happening, he knew exactly what to do. I have had tree roots in the main drain pipe twice previously. Luckily, I got to it before it got much worse. They came out on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend without any problem. The entire job was completed in one hour. I was very impressed and highly recommend their services.

Unbelievably great service! My regular guy was injured and couldn’t do the job so I used Home Advisor. Jeff contacted me in a flash, gave me a price and I scheduled the job with him. I asked him to let me know when they were on their way so I didn’t have to stay home from work and he texted me right on schedule. Kyle came to do the dirty job - neat, clean, patient and friendly. And the best part? He cleared the roots in my sewer line and I can return to normalcy. What a relief! Guys I hired before left a big, nasty dirty sewage mess and Kyle left me zero to clean. Literally nothing to clean. Don’t hesitate to hire these guys. They won’t disappoint!

Jeff fully explained the process and showed me what he was looking for. Since I have always had a septic system, he fully explained how to best to care of my drains to prevent future buildup. Further he showed me the minor root intrusion and recommended checking again in a couple of years. And he was on time! Highly recommend Jeff. He gave me the peace of mind I was hoping for.

This job was actually for my father so scheduling was hard for me. Jeff replied promptly to my inquiry and arranged to be there the next day. I had checked around on pricing and he was very reasonable. The clog was 37' down in the main drain. Jeff told my brother that the condo fees should be covering it and would be contacting them . Everything was working better than it had for a long time.
