I was contacted the same day that I called and work was done the next morning.

I had hornets by the door. They responded and handled it within a day! My heros :)

Scott actually followed up with a call regarding our issue. He sent an excellent tech to assist us at no charge.

We just moved into an older house. We found animal feces in the attic. Spoke with Scott at 2pm today by 3pm he had John from Identify Pest Control come by and he cleaned up the attic for us and sprayed a sanitize/disinfectant spray. John did amazing work and Scott was very professional on the phone. These guys are legit. We also have concerns with ants, beetles, and carpenter bees. We are hiring these guys to take care of all those concerns/issues. I was impressed with how fast they got back to us. Great price for their services.

I put out a request via Facebook on our community page and Scot was highly recommended by many. He reached out within a couple of hours of posting and came the very next day. Scot was on time, highly professional, the best price and eradicated our German yellow jacket problem. Within two days They were completely gone! I have already recommended him to a friend and they are also very happy with the results! 10/10 recommend!

Scott came for an emergency call on a Saturday to (same day service, within 2 hours from time of call) to kill and exterminate bee hive above ceiling/below roof. They ate hole in ceiling and infested my home. I could not stay there when I found them the night before. He was so concerned for my safety and tried to get me back In my home as soon as possible . He is honest, compassionate, very clean appearance as well as cleans up after the job is completed. The price was more than fair, I expected for an emergency call to be more, and it really could have been more. Out of 7 companies called that listed 24hours emergency same day service, he was the only one that came out that day at the end of his previous schedule. This is a responsible person that was true to his word for this happy customerð ð HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ð

Great experience with Identify Pest Control. They were quick to pick up the phone, even on a Sunday, showed up on time for our appointment and very friendly. They had a referral for an issue outside of their area (endangered bats) and answered all my questions. Looking forward to doing business with them on a regular basis.

Scott came the same day I called him. After a thorough inspection we made a plan of action that was both affordable, and efficient. He was extremely professional. After researching multiple companies, I am happy I hired him.

Scott was quick to respond and was able to mitigate our extensive carpenter bee problem on the same day that we called of an estimate! His prices were lower than other quotes and we got, and we found him to be personable and knowledgeable. We like him so much that we ended up hiring him for annual assessments/treatment. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking for an exterminator!

Scott contacted me immediately after my inquiry and he was here the next day at the agreed upon time. He set up bait and traps and said it could take a couple weeks to get rid of what had been a intractible problem with mice. It only took two to three days and no more mice! The price was quite reasonable given that he comes twice a year for the one fee. The treatment was safe and pet friendly. Highly recommend Identify Pest Control.
