I sent a request for proposals late in the evening on a Saturday. Half an hour later I got a call offering to come the next day! He arrive on time, talked to us, the went on a tour of the house. He understood that we had concerns for our elderly cat and the fox that's been visiting our yard. He used different methods around the house accordingly. He was very nice, and sent a follow-up email asking how the mice and the fox were doing.

Came right out after signing the agreement, did a thorough review of the property and now on an affordable maintenance program going forward.

Scott at Identify Pest Control called me within 45 minutes of my online inquiry, made a next morning appointment and showed up on time after confirming his arrival 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was courteous, respectful of our property and privacy and thoroughly professional. He knows what he is doing and has years of experience. The 1 year service plan is affordable and gives us the peace of mind that the pests will be eradicated asap. A great experience for a pretty nasty bit of business. No more ants and mice thankfully. I cannot recommend Identify Pest Control more highly.

Identify Pest Control was knowledgeable, kind, professional and efficient. He came to the house within the expected time frame and was easy to talk to. The owner Scot came out himself to complete the service. He was very personable and we have not seen any mice since he has completed our project. He helped with sealing entrance points. I've referred them to my brother. He has pet friendly options for treatment, we had him use his solution on our yard for ticks and mosquitoes and our dog has not had any ticks since we used his service.
