Both projects went off without a hitch. Representatives from Walley's coordinated everything, often times well after hours, to expedite completion of repairs. All staff that I interacted with were courteous, professional, and thorough from start to finish. Really, just amazing experiences with a great company through the most stressful of household times.

In a word, Phenomenal. You could not ask for a better service provider. They had an opening in the schedule and asked to come early. They showed up on time, prepared to perform the job they were hired to do. The technician, Spencer, was personable and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and took the time to answer every question I had. The billing department was organized. They called to collect payment, processed the transaction without any issue, and were so polite and pleasant. You could not hire a better company for your HVAC needs!

Christian was very good at explaining everything and repaired it w/o trying to up sell me or any other non sense. Very impressed with this company. I own a couple investment properties and Walley's is now my go to HVAC comapny.

We were having trouble with our vents just blowing out cold air. Christian check our systems and explained how it operated (we just bought our place and didn't understand how the system worked). We had changed our batteries and the thermostat went back to factory settings so Christian reprogrammed it and everything is working great. We recommend Wally's to anyone who is having trouble with their heating and air conditioning. I would also like to say that from the time you call, you get excellent customer service and when the work is done you receive a call to see how everything worked out. I am very impressed with the efficiency and quick response of this company.

I had a quote from another provider, but they lost my quote and wanted to charge me to come give me another one. Needless to say, I wasn't too happy about that. I searched on Google for a provider that could add the glycol to the system and found Walley's. Their reviews were great and they offered a free estimate. I called and set up the appointment for the estimate - I had to wait a week or so, but based on the reviews I was willing to do so. Walley Jr. came out and gave me the estimate. He pointed out the gas line should be grounder per code and also explained why. The last provider to do so tried to scare me. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the reason behind the code requirements. He walked the house to see all that needed to be done. My written quote came about 2 days later and came in right around where he estimated it would be. It was significantly less than the original provider I had planned to use. After signing and returning the quote I got a call from the office saying that they had received my signed quote and were checking a few things and would get back to me in a day or so to schedule the job. The serviceman arrived about 10 minutes late, but I was okay with that. He installed the new tank, valve and put the glycol in the system. When checking it after the repairs the system was making noise and it had never made noise before. He ran back out to the supply house and got a vent and put that in. He also put a shut off near the vent so that the fitting could be changed in the future without too much trouble. No more noise! An electrician came by a little while later to ground the gas line. The entire job was done in about 5-6 hours. Everything has been working great since then. I now don't have to worry every winter that a power outage will mean my heating lines will freeze and burst. Such peace of mind. I will definitely recommend Walley's to anyone needing HVAC work in the future and will definitely use them again.

The replacement went well without any problems. Replaced with an in kind indirect hot water heater.

Great, took some time to diagnose issue, but technician was very thorough and methodical. Did not just throw allot of new parts at it, but determined to root cause of the issue and fixed it.

The technician (Jon) was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, performed the work in an expeditious manner, let me know what he was doing each step of the way, and cleaned up after he was done.

This review is long overdue. Our furnace finally needed to be replaced (our central air had gone a few years ago) and we were aware of Walley's reputation from other family members and friends so they were our go-to company from the start. They came by to assess our HVAC needs and provided three ranges of alternatives for us. The entire team, including sales, service techs and office staff are among the most professional we have dealt with and cannot recommend them highly enough. Recently, our outdoor sensor didn't appear to be working and Walley's promptly sent someone over to look at and remedy the situation.

Replacement of Boiler pumps & controls. Installation of chimney liner & air- line to burner. Final testing & tuning & permits. I live out of state & had to replace boiler, all peripheral pumps, zone controls, thermostats, install new chimney liner, new airline to the burner & haul away old equipment. I got 5 quotes with a pricing range 2:1 from max to min. I elected to go with Walley?s HVAC based on professionalism during quotation & reasonable price. We decided on installation dates, I flew to Londonderry and observed the installation. I was impressed with project coordination, work professionalism, workers attitude, contract execution item by item including permitting & final testing. After all we installed a top of the line boiler at a reasonable price. Other major vendors quoted very high & were calling later willing to lower the price. No games like that from Walley?s, they offer me a fair quote from the beginning & opted to pay a little more to go with a top of the line boiler. I will use them from now on for my annual clean-up too. Excellent team, highly skilled, professional, customer oriented. Highly recommended

Performed work quickly, had our AC up and running in no time. Technician even changed an extra part that another company had missed in the original quote.

The response and the work were excellent! At the outset, it's important to note that we were constantly receiving telephone updates from the Walley's office administrative staff about arrival times and expectations for work to be performed and timetables.At the end of the workday they would call to check on our conditions. We found that to be very reassuring and the staff was genuinely knowledgable of our situation. Also, the on-site personnel from Walley's could not have been more professional, polite or considerate. We were kept informed of every development, and they went out of their way not to impose on our routines.The general installation was completed in two days (as proposed), with an absolute minimum of disruption to our household. Even the power outage required for replacing the electrical panel was handled well. The only "almost" glitch nearly occurred when the power company wasn't going to restore our connection at the end of the day, but some quick calls by the Walley's office people took care of that and we had electricity within the hour! Activation of the new A/C systems went without a hitch, and technicians came back after a few days just to recheck all the connections and pressures, which was unnecessary but thoughtful and much appreciated. All the Walley's people were exemplary, and we thank them for the great job. In particular, we'd like to recognize John and Steve, who were the two technicians who spent the most time on site and necessarily provided the most time, effort and patience in dealing with our project (it was 90+degrees every day!); and Christian, who is the refrigeration specialist. I had many questions about operation and maintenance, and his knowledge and patience were greatly appreciated. He made several extra trips to our location when a phone call would have sufficed, but I have a much better understanding of the new system thanks to his generosity. In conclusion, I highly recommend Walley's Heating & Air Conditioning!!!

The external pipes in my rental property at Nashua were all frozen. I called Walley's from Atlanta based on a previous experience with them (water heater installation). All I did was sent them an email describing the problem (at night) - the next morning, I had a prompt call from them (Adria) to understand the problem and work out requisite schedule. She was great to work with and was able to get me scheduled for an appointment 2 business days later (lucky considering the heat wave). She explained the process and other details. Once the diagnosis was done & refrigerant refilled, I had another prompt call to walk me through the details and wrap things up. this was my 2nd project with Walley's at the same place. The other project was to remove an old water heater and install a new one. The whole process soup-to-nuts was smooth and I'd not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

New Air Conditioning system is installed in our house - Amana Air Conditioner was installed. We are very happy - service was perfect and installed in one day - contractor is really professional. Conditioner works really well and we enjoy it. Would highly recommend it.

This was not a cake walk of a job and could potentially be an mess . the crew not only changed out the tank the was no evidence or order from oil nice Clean job.

Called on Sunday we had to shut down water heater (only leaked when running) They called back for specs same day. Monday they called us with the times 830 to 1030am on Tuesday 3-5 hrs with estimate. He showed up at 10:00 done in a couple hours including going back out to get another part (over flow tank was also bad) which added 145 to the estimate but total was still 800 dollars. Very professional and even helped clean up a bit (tank leaked some more as he moved it out). over all very satisfied and relieved.
