I had an issue with my air conditioning, and they sent someone out right away. The tech was friendly, knew exactly what to do, and got everything working smoothly again. Fair prices and excellent service.

Everything went to according to plan. I had my boiler replaced and a new oil tank installed. Nice work, on time, good Communication and very professional.

We could not be more pleased with the process and outcome of the install. Walleys Heating showed up on time and as promised each day. Their office actually called to let us know 30 minutes prior to arrival and also called at the end of each day to ensure we were happy with the install so far. Walley's called me back within an hour of placing the request for a quote. It turned out they had someone finishing a job in my neighborhood and was willing to come by and take a look at the situation. Bryan, the technician, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. It was late afternoon when he came by, and he gave the office the information for a quote, and agreed to stay that evening until the job was done. He arranged for another technician to bring a replacement water heater over so he could continue the prep work while waiting for the new heater. There was no wasted time on the job - Bryan stayed at it until about 9:00 pm when he finished explaining to me how to adjust the water temperature after it heated up. He did beautiful work and cleaned up afterward even though I told him I would take care of it. I would absolutely hire Walley's again for plumbing, heating or air conditioning work!

I was referred to Walley's by a friend after experiencing trouble getting someone in to service my burner. When I called, I spoke to several courteous and professional staff members who went the extra mile to help me. I was concerned because the burner was running loud and we had already experienced a "puff back" on our old burner and didn't want to risk that again, and we had just started having a leak from what looked like an overflow pipe. I also mentioned that I had radiant heat in one room and needed an experienced technician that could manage the anti-freeze in the system. When I told Mandy the problem, she checked with Walley Sr. and he scheduled one of his best technicians to handle our job and got him out to us within a few days. Our technician, Alex, was polite, knowlegedable, professional and honest. He told me, as well as showed me everything he was doing, asked me to inspect the burner before putting it back together and did a very comprehensive inspection. Alex found that our leak was coming from a broken pressure valve which he had on his truck and replaced immediately. After 4 hours of Alex working at our home, we recieved a follow-up customer service call to make sure we were happy with the work Alex did and wondering if we had any questions or concerns. Wow! I was impressed! I plan to continue using Walley's and look forward to a long relationship with them.

The tech new just what to do was fixed in a very reasonable time

My wife and I are very pleased with the HVAC system and its installation. Of all the assessments with cost estimates, Walley's was the most complete and did not try to sell us more than we needed for our 26 year old home. We were able to assess various models and cost benefits. Christopher explained all the needed information very well and photographed areas needed for installation. We also appreciated that he discovered a problem with our home's circuit board; it needed repair for continued safe use. All those involved were very professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Top nptch.

AC was not putting out cold air. The repairman recharged the unit and checked the system. Was working properly when he left. Wallys was easy to work with and showed up on time. Would definitely hire again.

Walley's sent a plumber out on a Friday to diagnose the problem, that being water collecting at the base of the water heater. The plumber indicated that the expansion tank, that had been installed the previous year by someone else, was not the proper one and would need to be replaced . He did not have the one I needed on the truck. There were also some issues concerning the way the existing one had been installed. Some pictures were taken of the tank, existing valves, and piping and Walley's sent another plumber out on Monday to install the tank. At some point the plumber had to leave the home to purchase some additional parts. I contacted Walley's after the service call was completed because I was concerned that I would be charged excessive labor time for the job, what with two service calls and additional time on the second call. Adrienne in the office discussed the matter with me, assured me that they would review all the paperwork, and work with me so that I was satisfied with the job and the bill.. They did just that--I have the correct expansion tank and adjustments were made to the labor charges so that I ultimately paid a reasonable amount for the replacement of the tank. The job turned out to be more than just routine but Walley's worked with me to make sure everything was fair and reasonable. Staff was always very courteous, friendly and helpful. I will call them again for my plumbing needs.

I had a new heating system installed recently and was very happy and satisfied with Walley’s from beginning to end! I was quoted by Walley Jr and right after he left, even before receiving his quote, I was pretty sure that this was the company I would be going with. He was very personable and informative. As it turned out, his quote was the lowest of the 5 that I received. The guys involved in the installation all took great care to be neat, clean and professional while doing an excellent job very efficiently! And the ladies in the office that I spoke to were very pleasant and kept me well informed every step of the way.
