It took two weeks to perform all tasks. It took one month to correct, reconfigure, test, and trouble shoot. It was exhausting and stressful. The lack of on-site management was complicating things: lack of training, confusion contributed to errors and time delays. The lack of experience in configuration of the new models of heat pump, HVR and power generator was evident. The system power requirement was not coordinated with the power supply company. The power company has been trying to design different configuration and bring dedicated transformer closer to the house. Most of the integration work remains incomplete. The issues with the installed equipment forced me to consult technical support of manufacturing companies to resolve errors and configuration problems.

Went great, this team knows how to deliver! They communicate, set expectations and deliver on the expectations they set, All in a courteous and professional way. Highly recommended. It was another of the "coldest days of the year" in NH, and I woke up feeling chilly. No heat. Furnace had been making a new noise the night before. I had investigated the noise and put a note on my counter to call a furnace guy in the morning. Too little too late. Furnace was dead in the morning. House was getting cold. I was a tad frantic. It was very cold out. I really didn't have a furnace guy to call. Yikes. A neighbor referred me to Walley's . I put a call in before they opened and got a call back right away. Was asked to check some things to see if they could determine what the issue was.. I sent photos of the part that appeared to have been making the noise the night before. They were here within the hour. They diagnosed the problem and presented options for fix or replace..and committed that they would take care of me and my pipes would not freeze. I started breathing again, did some research on the proposal and got back to them to move forward with the replace. The receptionist, the owner, the technicians (thanks Jim) were all professional and easy to deal with. They worked OT to get my heat back up. Came back the next day - as committed - to finish up and clean up. Gave me instructions on how to change the filter, what filter to use etc. Left the cellar cleaner than it was. Great experience. Now I have a furnace guy!

I had recently put new carpet in my basement and had the walls painted. The old equipment had to be brought up the stairs and through the dining room (that had new hardwood floors installed) since I don't have a walkout basement. They were very careful. They covered the furniture and carpet as well as their shoes and left the basement in the same condition they found it. They are very patient and customer focused. I wanted a specific furnace installed, that they normally don't install, and they located the furnace and installed it. I highly recommend them.

.I contacted Wally's who said that they would be at my house between 1 and 5 on 12 August to fix my air conditioning unit. By Friday that week, nobody had showed up or even called. On Monday, 19 August, I called their office again and told them I was very unhappy with their response and since I had used them a number of times previous (when the older Walley was running the show), I would give them one more chance. Almost instantly I received a phone call from a fellow named Christopher who apologized all over the place and said he'd be at our house the next day. He showed up as promised, spent about 30 minutes looking at the Mr. Slim unit and then announced that the compressor was and quot;locked outand quot; and he needed to go back to the office and research the problem with Mitsubishi. He charged me about $155 for a and quot;service call.and quot; He promised someone would get back to me. On 2 September, I got a call from Christopher telling me that he finally got some information from Mitsubishi and that and quot;in all fairness to youand quot; he needed to come back tot he house and do some more analysis. I told him that I wasn't up to paying for another service call and he told me that and quot;maybe they'll cut you some slack and only charge you maybe $150.and quot; I told him to have Walley Junior call me. He didn't. On September 3, I contacted Cal's Air Conditioning and Heating. He said he could be here on 4 September. He was, in fact arrived early. It took him less than 15 minutes to pinpoint the problem and fix it. In the process he wondered why the Walley's technician disconnected all the wiring and left it disconnected. He was also very surprised that the technician didn't check the level of freon....which was almost completely gone. Cal filled the freon and checked the fittings for leaks and was out the door with a total cost to me of $200. I will NEVER use Walley's again and will certainly tell all of my friends of my experience. Walley's was going to charge me over $300 in service fees without even fixing the problem....which would have cost even more. That is a ripoff.

They were good.

I have now waited for this estimate for over a week and wouldn't use them ever. I guess my money was not good at Walley's. I just hope I live to see them begging for work. I will pass on my experience to everyone I know. The last time I called for the estimate I talked to Walley personally. What lies I heard.

I called Walley's a week ago when my 2nd level central air seemed to be taking a long time to cool down. It was was the first day of the season A/C was really necessary. The receptionist was very courteous and indicated she would have to get back to me before setting up an appointment. She called back within 15 minutes and indicated the best she could do would be a week later. I went with it since the A/C was working. Today, Christian from Walley's arrived within the scheduled window. He called 1/2 hour before coming over, so I did not have to sit around waiting for him. He performed some diagnostic test on the system and provided some excellent insight on how to keep the older unit functioning efficiently. At the end of the day, there was nothing wrong with it, just a little impatience on my part.

They were excellent - I had some problems and they found something right away. Someone was going to charge me to do some air-conditioning work and he said the switch was right there. The other guy didn't even try to switch and was trying to charge me $20,000 for an AC. This guy did it in a second and he didn't charge me anything.

Don't know about their work but they don't seem to honor appointments

In a hot spell I called them and was lucky that they found time for me. They were a half hour late and did not charge me because of that. I have paid hundreds to people who didn't know what was wrong. They fixed it in 10 minutes. Excellent company!

One of our air handler units was making loud noise suggestive of a bad squirrel cage fan. Walley came out right on time and spent some time making sure we had the right problem identified. He had to replace the fan motor so needed to go to a supply house in order to purchase it. Because of the time of day, traffic was horrendous, but he made it back to our house and installed it, leaving well past his dinner time. I realize that time is money, but Walley took his time to do the job to the highest quality....and in the long run..the cost was worth it. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing heating and cooling repairs.

I would really recommend them. I had called many companies but none had made a follow-up call. I found their fliers, called Walley's Heating and Air Conditioning; they brought me the quotation in 3 hours. They did the job perfectly well and on time. I'm totally 100% with them.
