Paul was highly recommended to us, and didn’t disappoint. He is a highly skilled contractor and has exceptional work ethic. His tile work is immaculate. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist. We are thrilled with the work he did for us and will definitely use him again.

It was done very well. Paul is a detail oriented professional. He never rushed his work just to get it done. To get it right is always his first priority even if that means it takes longer. He always made sure he cleaned up after the work. I found Paul is easy to talk to and work with. I gave a B to Punctuality only because the project took a bit longer than it was originally planned due to some unusual circumstances that disrupted Paul's busy schedule. But, the quality of his work is worth the wait. The renovation includes taking down old cabinets and counter-top, installing new cabinets, back splash and a kitchen island, relocating sink and dishwasher, installing a new floor, vented out range hood, taking down a wall to open the kitchen to the dining room that requires a new supporting beam. Please note that the price does not include new cabinets, wall tiles and floor material.

Paul did a fantastic job with everything I needed him to do. Very fair pricing and he can handle just about anything. I would not hesitate to contact him for any type of home improvement idea no matter how big or small. He is also an expert with routine maintenance items that come up with rental unit. The billing is very fair and the quality of work excellent.

It was completed with a high quality that exceeds my expectation. Paul is a hard working man, paid close attention to details and never rush his work. In his own words, he works not simply for the money but most importantly for the enjoyment and for helping customers. My experience with him confirmed it. He can be very busy though. Therefore, you need to be a little patient sometimes but he will get back to you.

Paul and another worker came in the morning and installed the new boots around the vents to stop any rain from entering. I will also have Paul replace my current roof ridge.

Paul Jutras is the real deal. He works constantly and is in high demand. If you have patience, you will get on his calendar and it will be worth the wait. Paul is strong, fast and accurate. He is a decent man and a good person. He has a nice personality. He is well groomed. He is down to earth. He has been in the business for many years and is self-reliant. He has progressed over the course of his career by building his skill set and knowledge base. He knows what he is doing and has confidence. He doesn’t get flummoxed and can problem solve on the spot. He brings the appropriate tools to the job. He owns a legit work truck. At times he is solo and at others he brings laborers. He doesn’t ask inappropriate questions nor make inappropriate remarks about my home or belongings. He does not require food. Or beverage. Or a bathroom! I think of him as no impact man – he does what he says he will and does not leave a mess behind. He does not smoke on the job (or at all, as far as I know). He does his best to keep costs low and he provides options prior to the start of the job. Paul arrives when he says he will. Although he has a lot going on, he stays in touch and will be sure to come by for a few hours to make sure things are progressing. He doesn’t just disappear and then reappear. Our preferred communication has been phone calls and texts. We wanted to have 2 windows installed in our home where there weren’t any currently. We had no idea where to even begin with this type of project. Paul’s pricing is reasonable. We paid the materials costs and Paul charged us his fee per project. He installed the 2 windows (they look great) and he also hung barn doors with hardware for a room in our house, which was not an easy task. My neighbor witnessed the work progression and the final product. He approached Paul to do work on his house in the future. Also, we live in Nashua and I chose to have the windows inspected by the Building Inspector. It’s not required, but I wanted to have it done and have the signed permit. When the inspector came, I was home alone and he looked at the windows and commented on how good they looked. He asked me who the contractor was and I told him it’s Paul Jutras and he said, “Oh, he does great work”. This may seem to be an odd review, but let’s be honest...these are the things you’d want to know.

Paul and his crew member were awesome! He treated this project like it was for his own home. He took great pride in it. The project came out even better than I envisioned it would be. He also repaired a gate on another fence on the opposite side of my house. Everything was done professionally, and in a timely manner and for half the cost that the big box stores were going to charge me. I couldn't be happier with the work. He even rescued a tree I was going to cut down. He dug it up and replanted it elsewhere. I will be hiring him again very soon for additional projects.

Great, didn't take long and it looks wonderful. I've attached a photo but I wish I could find a before picture to go along with it but it's 100% better that's for sure!

Installed preframed door & fabricated/installed pantry shelving. Showed up on time, took his time to make sure the job was right.Charged actual material cost plus his time, very reasonable rate. Will definitely use in the future.
