He was attentive to our ideas, and offered his own ideas which we found very helpful. He was tentative in answering our questions and acted quickly when we had concerns. His team showed up when promised, worked hard and completed projects in a timely and professional manner. "I spent a lot of time trying to find someone that could replace my front steps. Getting someone to actually call back was the first challenge. Then, trying to find someone who does everything we wanted: granite steps, faux stone facing and sides, white railings, and the ability to tear up and lower my walkway then redo it to make the first step 7” was an even bigger challenge. We finally found the right guy/company and we are very happy with the results. Walter Santos of W. Santos Construction did it all for us. He started within days of us accepting his proposal. He was kind, communicated the next steps with us well, and the quality was fantastic. "We hired Di Orio Builders & Designers to completely replace our lower gutters as well as to scrape and re-paint some exterior trim on the front and back of the house that had been peeling and exposing wood to the elements. We were having difficulty in finding a company willing to take on a smaller job like this, and so we were glad DiOrio agreed to take this project and complete both the needed gutter work and exterior painting. We couldn't be happier with the results of their work as well as how quickly they were able to finish. Our new gutters and the paint work look great. The gutters were installed properly and securely with screws, and are a big improvement over what we had previously. We were also very happy with how well they matched the colors for both the gutters and trim, which shows their attention to detail. It was very clear to us throughout the project that Di Orio takes a lot pride in the high quality of the work that they do. The cost was also within our budget and much more reasonably priced compared to other estimates we received. We would definitely hire Di Orio again for future home improvement projects and highly recommend them."
