Description of Work: Kitchen reno, complete gut except floor. High-end, plus deck. Managed all subs (electrical, plumbing, plaster and drywall, painting, finish carpentry matching trim and moldings, obtained permits including special permit hearing at Town, all demo, worked ad designer drafted and revised plans. Also, acted as liason to our designer and delivery of cabinets, granite, and wall tile. This was a high end job and our overall costs with finishes and cabinets came to $120,000 and had many moving pieces and Bob Ayotte did an excellent job. Highly recommend and would use him again!

Description of Work: Ayotte repaired our 10 year old addition which was falling apart due to poor workmanship from the original builder. Bob was the first person to respond and to come look at our problem. He came over several times offered us a lot of great advice and guidance. We selected him to repair the room and we could not be happier! The job went faster than expected, below budget and Bob went the extra mile in every way possible. Very professional, very willing to work with you to meet your needs/budget and definitely knows his stuff! I would highly recommend Ayotte Home Improvements and would be more than happy to be used as a reference.

Description of Work: Bob was exactly what we needed in a contractor. When we had damage to our roof from the hurricane last year, he helped us navigate the insurance system, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. The work that he did was second to none. I would highly recommend him for any home improvement project.

Description of Work: Complete new roof structure and roofing over family room and garage. New framing and windows on one side of the house (2 floors). Installed new garage doors. Rewired electrical in family room and garage. Installed new gutters on first floor. Painted family room walls.We procrastinated in getting the work done and in writing this review but, we would definitely recommend Bob Ayotte and plan to use him again. He and his crew were professional, respectful, and kept clean work spaces.
