Great service, punctual & professional. We opted for the year long service contract to prevent pests.

I spoke with someone at this company. The gentleman stated that he would come to our house to evaluate our mouse infestation problem. I was given so many prices for various services so that it was impossible for me to tell what the charge would be. The very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant young man person showed up at the appointed time and performed a property survey and then applied chemicals in and around the house to control the mice and ants. The charge was $205.00 He also told us that he needed to return to perform rodent proofing around the house. My wife and I listened carefully and again could not tell what the next service would cost until we were presented with a typed contract which stated the next service would cost $875.00. We agreed to this fee without asking for details such length of time the job would take and how many materials are needed. The gentleman returned punctually yesterday and performed the agreed upon work. It took him 4 hours for which we paid $875.00. He rodent proofed multiple foundation gaps around the house, inspected roof joints where he found a bat infestation, applied chemicals again for the mice and set mouse traps in the basement and garage. He will return to treat the bat problem after the young bats have hatched and can fly. We did not want to kill them. We have agreed to three more inspections every three months. These inspections will cost around $150.00. We will have the option to continue these inspections to make sure that mice do not return.

Was having an issue with carpenter ants and mice in various locations around the house. Emailed JP and decided to go with their quarterly service plan which covered more pests and provided a guarantee as long as the contract was maintained. Was able to save $35 off the initial service with the coupon available from AngiesList which was nice. Was given a 2 hour window when the tech would arrive for the initial visit. The tech, Jason, arrived within that window and he was very pleasant and clean. Jason explained what they do, asked where the problem areas were and reviewed how he planned to treat the house. He then set the various baits both inside and outside the house. It has only need a few days, but the ant activity has been reduced and I am finding dead ants around, so the treatments appears to be working.

Excellent. I talked to several companies before signing my contract with JP Pest Services. When I called they were very professional, explained services, but no high pressure sale. Techs take time to talk with you and show you ways you can help prevent problems.

I've had mold in my attic for a long time. I knew it needed to be addressed but had great fear as to the cost. I also had fear about finding a reputable contractor for handling the situation. While driving I saw the JP Mold Services truck and wrote down the number. After doing some research including Angie's List gave them a call. Scott Shields arrived as schedule for his appointment. He checked out the attic. He was very thorough in explaining mold, its causes, and the way he treated it. He also talked about his work with another removable company and how they removed mold compared to his current approach. The advantage his company has is they have the licensing to kill the mold by pesticide versus other companies that have to physically remove the mold. They then remove the stain and then apply a sealant. Scott sent me an email with the estimate later in the day. The cost estimate was very reasonable and a great relief. I contract JP Mold Services to remove the mold. They arrived as scheduled. They worked nonstop the whole time. Scott came to apologizethat he didn't have enough material to remove the stain. The stain was much worse than he'd anticipated. He'd already had made 1 fully pass on removing the stain and was about quarter of a way on the second pass. He was very apologetic. We reschedule for a week later. He again showed up as scheduled. He and his coworker worked nonstop for the whole time. It looked like a completely new attic when he finished. Even though Scott had to use extra material and took extra time the final price was the same as the estimate.

I contacted JP Pest Services after our plumber found what he thought are roaches in our basement. The estimate given over the phone, $308, seemed high but I did not know what it would entail. I made an appointment. The service technician came promptly, as expected, and I showed him the zip lock bag that contained the dead bugs. The tech started to put together some small sticky-backed traps for insects and placed about 8 of them around the basement perimeter. He also took out a syringe-looking device and squirted some goo in a few crevices. He then looked around the kitchen area, inside cupboards and under the sinks and did not see any evidence of roaches. And that was it. He was done. I gave him a coupon that I printed off of the Angie's List site and he indicated that I should have let the scheduler know that I had a coupon. It took him a few more minutes to give me the discount. Because the cost was so high, I did not call them back for a follow-up as that would have run another $150. I did check the sticky boxes and have not found any evidence of bugs. I am satisfied that the house is roach-free.

The technician was prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable. I explained the problem and he recommended postponing treatment until spring when activity begins and I should have all rotten wood replaced before treatment. This made perfect sense and it will give me time to make the necessary repairs. I will definitely call them back for future treatment.

JP Pest Services showed up on time, as agreed. After a walk around the basement where the rodent infestation was visible, a nest was removed and traps were set, both outside and inside and any potential entry points were sealed with copper mesh. So far, caught one mouse, and have not seen more evidence of them in the house. Signed up for their yearly contract. They have been extremely responsive and professional. Another happy customer!

I can't express how pleased I have been with JP Pest Services. Last month I ended up bringing bed bugs home from a client at work. I was completely distraught, embarassed and anxiety ridden. I didn't know what to do. When I called initially it was a Friday afternoon and they said they could come on Monday. I didn't know how I would make it through the weekend. I think the man on the phone sensed my desperation. He said he would check on a long shot and call me back. He called back about 5 minutes later and said he had an inspector who could come out that day! My pest inspectors name was Kelly and ever since that first night she came out she has been a godsend! That first night she was able to calm me down when my initial impulse was to just throw away all my stuff. She even gave me her personal cell# in case I had any questions and I definitely called a few times. I ended up going with the heat and chemical treatment for $1700 for a 1400 SF home which I think is reasonable. The follow up inspection was clear and I have been bug/ bite free for 3 weeks. Very friendly and professional, right off the bat w/ scheduling office. Truck showed up at scheduled time, treated exterior (and some interior areas as well) of house. Again- very pleasant and professional. Finished in under an hour, I believe. No further issues w/ carpenter ants; problem solved! Highly recommended. Planning to have JP return next spring to treat detached barn for carpenter bees.

Their service is great. We have been using JP Pest Services for our quarterly home service for about 3 years now. It works well and the technician is always very professional and friendly.

We are mostly satisfied with them. They are pretty good. They call you in advance to remind you when they are going to be there. I have nothing bad to say. I have used them for a while and they are working out pretty good. We are on a plan where they come 4 times a year. They will come for maintenance if needed in between.

Their service is going very well. They are always on time and they do what they say they are going to do.

Our experience with JP Pest Services was great. They came out in a timely manner and gave us an estimate. When we expressed our interest in using them it did take a few days for them to return our call to schedule service. They sprayed our yard for mosquitoes and ticks and for the first time since we've moved in we can actually spend time outside after dusk without being carried away. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for some mosquito control.

We had an appointment schedule, but there was a family death that day and I couldnt be around when they arrived. I called them and they were very good about it. They still were able to come, perform the services and even left a receipt on the door.

I use their mosquito and tick repellent. I like that the repellent that they use is an all natural product. JP Pest Services will respray at no cost if the original treatment did not appear to work.

Not gool - Know what you want done and what you will you pay for before you engage. Only request the services you want or you will be paying for salesperson to call on you. I used another service who came and reviewed my area of questionable items and then gave estimate of charges.

We have a contract with them. They did a fabulous job, we haven't had any trouble with squirrels since. We also haven't had any trouble with mice and ants. They are very professional, polite, courteous, and look nice. They call and let you know when they're coming at least 24 hours before coming and sometimes a week in advance. So that if you need to reschedule with them, you have an opportunity to do so.

It was the first time I had used them. It went phenomenal. I've saved 500 gallons of oil in the 2010-2011 heating season. I couldn't believe the improvement. I would definitely use them again. It was a messy job but they cleaned up very well.

They are absolutely the best. We have had critters that they have come and taken away. They are awesome. They always answer the phone and get right on whatever it is you need them to do.

It was great. They were very knowledgeable when I told them what problems I was having and they had some suggestions on what we could do to handle it. They were also very thorough, communicated well, came back when they said they would, and most of all, the problem got taken care of. They did a good job.
