The bees burrow into wood. I was told they guaranteed the service for a year. Within three months they were back. When I called and contacted them to tell them they were back they told me it wasn't under warranty. Out of courtesy they came out and did it again. It was an average cost because I did have it priced out by other people. The guy who specifically came to my house I would give an A for professionalism. He was really nice. The people in the office I give, probably, a C.

They were very nice, but not quick. Too long of a process. Required multiple appointments instead of action upon first appointment

It's expensive to keep having them come back and spray.

I was very impressed by their staff, from the woman who sold me the service to the actual technicians. Due to bad weather, the first tech was unable to complete the outdoor inspection and spraying; before she even got out of my driveway, I had a call about rescheduling so that the service could be performed. When the second tech came, there was a miscommunication between us about what needed to be sprayed, and again within minutes I had a call to reschedule. So far, I am very pleased and I am not seeing any more icky bugs!

Squirrels left. Have not returned so far.

see above. On the first quarterly visit I left the basement door open so that they could add new mice poison and pick up dead mice. They locked up on leaving the basement (dead mice were removed) I have no complaints. Wish I had done this years ago, rather than fighting insects/mice/ants.

They followed up to make sure we were happy. Did a second visit to find the stubborn ants. We will never use anyone else. They were great.

It is working. No creepy crawly things in the house.

Very well. I do wish the same person came out every time. That may cause me to go elsewhere next year. The second guy had to find all the trap and stuff. They are really nice on the phone but it's a call center so everything is 3rd party. One service I didn't need to be home But the phone people said I needed to be there. So check on that. I was upset. I would prefer to deal with one person for everything.

I was extremely upset thinking we had bedbugs, I know someone who lives in the city who does. I found JP Pest services on Angie's List and called them. The receptionist Corrina told me that what I described as bedbugs did not sound like bedbugs and if I would bring in my sample to their 101 Emerson Road Milford NH location that the Entomologist Gary would look at them under a microscope and tell me what I have at no cost. I did, he did, and..... I do not have bedbugs. Gary gave me a half hour of his expert time educating me about bedbug infestations, assuaged my fears that living in a single family house, not being a traveler, not buying used upholstered furniture etc. puts my odds pretty low for being a bedbug candidate. He did show me a simple plastic device which can be placed under the feet of ones bed to trap any bedbug that might ever venture toward it if, in fact, one might have bedbugs and said they were $5.00 each and could be bought there or Bed Bath and Beyond for the same price. I happily bought four for a total investment of $20.00 Gary has saved me and my sanity and although this did not make any money for that company I am so very impressed that Service is paramount with JP Pest Services and will use them if ever the need arises and I will tell the world of my wonderful experience. Exactly as advertised. Professional and thorough service. The technicians showed up on time well within the estimate given. The contract was exactly as represented with no attempt to upsell or change pricing. The service was performed just this past week, so it is too early to tell if the product used works, (though I assume from all the previous positive reviews that it will), but as far as the interaction with the office staff and the technicians is concerned, the experience could not have been more positive.

They came on time, were professional, courteous, explained everything they were going to do and then followed up with confirmation of services and work still to be done each visit. There are not any signs of any squirrels or mice in my house since they did their work in January. I signed up for the quarterly service plan and they scheduled and notified me of the date (no need to get into the house) and confirmed after the fact. The billing is easy and convenient, and done separate from the service technicians. Friendly, fast, complete, exceptional service provider!

Same service we've had for 30 years.....generally satisfied. My complaint is a shocking collection report from this company. We have used JP for over 30 years at our restaurants.We've been in business for 40 years and always used JP.We now use them in our three operations. We're getting a little older now and thanks to our wonderful staff,we're able to spend our winters at our Florida home.. What a surprise when we got home and found that our JP bill had gone to collection. We'd missed a $200 payment but they never called the restaurant (our manager is authorized to pay suppliers) or never notified us. We have pristine credit.....never missed or was late in a payment in our adult lives. So,my message is........they do not value loyalty and appreciate long term customers. Don't know if ownership has changed but we were very disappointed with them.

Carpenter ants are gone! The one year we tried to skimp and delay the treatment, we noticed.

J.P.Pest Services swooped in here like super hero's and took control of the problem aggressively and thoroughly! All the while, walking me through each and every step of their processes ensuring that I understood "exactly" what would be happening not only on the first visit, but in future required follow up visits for any rodent infestation. This company was able to send an exterminator out THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER MY FIRST CONTACT CALL WITH TBE COMPANY. I had called three other exterminators prior, all whom couldn't send any exterminator for at least 3-4 weeks out. I had a rodent problem (and if your famiar with rats....a very large BREEDING problem that without outside assistance could easily destroy a single famy home such as mine. The price I was quoted was also MUCH CHEAPER than the other companies and "nothing changed from the time of the phone call and the price quote I was given through completion of what has now been their fourth visit to my home. I can happily report that after visit #2, I HAD NO MORE RAT PTOBLEM/S, no noises, no further damage, visible dead rats caught, trapped, or killed via their very safe and clean extermination methods, and most importany, I HAD PEACE OF MIND AGAIN that it was only me, my two children, our two dogs and cat that lived here in our house!!! I also can rest a lot better knowing that J.P.Pest Services also work to ensure that whatever pest entered the home will also not be able to "RE-GAIN ENTRY in the future! This company was professional, quick, friendly, efficient, and affordable. I am happy to say that my FIRST EXPERIENCE with AN EXTERMINATOR/S was a very happily ending and satisfied one!!! Thank you J.P.Pest Services forhelping me ease through this "not so neat and clean" problem!!! Not sure where iI'd be now should I had chosen a different company!!

The technician was very polite and professional in explaining what he was going to do and thoroughly explained the reasons for doing it.

They were on time and efficient. They corrected our problem. They did what they said they would do. Everything went good.

Excellent Services: The exterminator was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Hokey Pricing: When I first called the vendor and told them I was using an Angie's List coupon, I was quoted a price of $258, for an initial visit and for a followup at the end of the season. Because the wasp level did not lessen, the exterminator returned to the house the next week or so after the first visit to spray again. When I paid the exterminator, he asked for a lower amount, one I found out was for one visit only-- which was what we had really wanted in the first place. When I advised him I was told it was $258, I found out I had paid for two visits. The sales personnel never quoted me the lower amount or presented the option. I paid what we had contracted for, but I resolved not to use them in the future. Footnote: This year we received two bills for another $258, as a renewal of the contract. We never purchased additional work. I called the company three times, but the line was busy each time. I gave up, but if they show up, I will turn them away.

We are pleased with them. They did a nice job. They are personable, they came out on time and knowledgeable. They are very good that is why we went back to them.

They did a really good job! Very professionell and always friendly. They installed one-way-doors to get the bats out and sealed all possible spots so that the bats can't get in again.Few days after the bats moved out they came again and sprayed the interior and exterioir against the bugs.

First let me say that the gentleman they sent to my house was fantastic. Since buying my house I have had a depressing number of people treat me like I must not have two brain cells to rub together, but this person was fantastic! I could hear the hornets inside the wall of my bedroom and so was concerned about them being able to eat through the wall into my house. He took my concern seriously, did not talk down to me, and even checked in my attic to make sure they had not gotten in up there! I was also very impressed with the company's response to the fact that, due to weather conditions - hard rain and cold temps, the first treatment didn't take. They were very pleasant on the phone and sent someone back out right away! I am pleased to say I haven't seen a hornet in days, nor have I heard them in the wall at night. I highly recommend their services and commend the excellence of their customer service.
