Description of Work: We signed a contract with JP Pest Services for Fall invader prevention. We've had them come out to treat for termites (excellent job and results), mice (excellent job and results), and squirrels/bats (two opinions by two different techs - large amounts of foam insulation installed post-squirrel/bat problem has eliminated it so far)

Description of Work: They showed up on the earlier side of the two hour appointment window. The tech was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable and most importantly our wasp issue is almost gone. We will use them again.

Description of Work: We are on a scheduled plan so JP comes out periodically to treat our home for all pests. There have been a couple of times that we needed them to come back after seeing spider webs, ants, etc. When scheduling, we ask that they come inside the house. A pre-recorded message is sent days before the scheduled visit telling us that they do not need to come inside. Without advising us of this message being the same for everyone, we did not make arrangements to meet the technician and they ended up waiting to get inside. JP should tell customers of this pre-recorded voice message to avoid upset techs that cannot get inside.
