Description of Work: I first contacted JP Pest in late Spring. I was finally fed up with our ongoing hornet/bee problem in our deck area and occasionally in the house. I signed up for the quarterly service which covers our two main issues of hornets and ants, plus lots of other critters - spiders and rodents to name a few. The first visit was a little more (but I got a great discount from mentioning Angie's list), and subsequent visits are $110. They come check everything out and address any issues. You can also call at any time and they will come take care of an outbreak etc. The service people are very respectful and professional. And the best part - no bees in the house! Very happy customer.

Description of Work: I have used a national pest co. For over 5 yrs trying to get rid of mice in basement. They could not seem to do it. JP Pest came in and after 3 months all mice gone! They worked very hard and took my concerns seriously. Would definitely recommend them and will continue using them myself.

Description of Work: They came to my house to help me with a miuse problem. I feel a lot better knowing that they come in quarterly to check up of the ongoing problem.  + -1 moreWe have used them for many years and they do a great job when they come out. We have never had any problems with the quality of their work. We are currently having an issue with scheduling because we travel back and forth to California on business. They leave you a message that they are going to do the service and there is not enough time for me to respond to tell them not to go because of the time difference. So we get full bills and not full service.

They were also very thorough, communicated well, came back when they said they would, and most of all, the problem got taken care of. They did a good job.
