When we moved in, the place was in shambles, plumbing wise and Eddie worked with us every step of the way to get it up to code. He communicated with the inspector beforehand and was here for the inspection to make sure everything was working the way it supposed to be working. We will definitely use him for future endeavors.

As planned. I called them. For starters they return phone calls promptly. Rob's wife manages his schedule. Very professional and responsive. He showed up on time. The price was in the range with others. Done very professionally and on time. I have used them again for emergency service to unplug master drain

Overall he seems to have solved a very bad problem and I would and will definitely call him again. As far as plumbers go his price was very competitive and lower than some others I have hired in the past.

I just had my dishwasher installed. I am so happy with the service I received. He was very professional , quick and more than reasonable with the cost. I now have a plumber I can count on.

He had to travel to pick up the water heater that he wanted to install, and called me to say that he would be arriving later than expected, which I appreciated.

They were very professional. They called me back when they said they were going to call me back and sent me an estimate when they said they were going to. They were one of the few reputable outfits that I found. Their estimated price of $36,000 was a little high, but they do run a good organization. I would consider contacting them again in the future.

Ed gave us an estimate over email and phone based on us taking some photos of the existing plumbing. He hooked up the heating unit as we discussed and then discovered for us that the dryer ignition was broken. He was very professional and we feel very lucky to have found him.

He was on time and did the job quickly would use again.

In 2 instances, Ed went to the apartment and diagnosed the work and called to let us know what he recommended be done, and did not do any work until we agreed. He did the work quickly and charged only one service charge, although he had to make 2 trips for parts and service. On another job, he installed a propane heater we had purchased on Craig's List, tested the line and prepared it completely for Irving to hook it up, without any issues.

After having another contractor working on the issue (and running up ~$1,000 in 'repairs') I called Badger. Should have called him in the first place!!! If I had, I could have saved the $1,000 and had it fixed right the first time. I was so frustrated with the 'other' contractor I had started the issue with and needed to get hot water ASAP. Badger came out 3 times. On the first trip, he looked it over and I gave him an overview of what the 'other' contractor was in the process of doing. They were halfway through their work and I was very unsatisfied. He did the exact opposite of a 'hard sell' and told me my best bet (as frustrated as I was) was to have the 'other' contractor finish the job. After spending nearly 2 hours checking out the issue, talking to technical support and looking at possible replacement units, he reccommended what would be best for me, not him (keeping the other contactor involved). Incredibly, he didn't even charge for this time! After the 'other' contractor was still unable satisfactorily complete the job, I ditched them and officially engaged Badger to do the work. Badger didn't take the 'easy way out' and tell me to just replace the hot water heater, he looked over what the other contractor had done and found that they had done a terrible job 'rebuilding' the valve in the first place. He came out on a couple different occasions and did some thorough testing to determine exactly what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Got me right in to his schedule and fixed my problem as soon as he had the part in hand. Always called and gave me a status update as to progress (as I was not physically at the repair location) and kept me informed. I can't reccommend Badger enough. Very honest down to earth guy, and definitely knows his stuff well. I would HIGHLY reccommend him to anyone needing a plumbing problem addressed.

We called Badger to fix our outside spigot (actually called a sillcock!). While Ed was here, we also had him take a look at our slow draining tub and bathroom sink as well as our loose toilet. The sillcock installation was pretty straightforward, but took a little longer than anticipated due to a defective sillcock. Ed replaced the defective part and reinstalled a new item for no charge (including free labor). Our slow draining sink and tub ended up being more complicated than either Ed or I had anticipated. Persistence paid off however, when the clog was finally loosened. The sink had a separate problem which Ed took care of as well. Our loose toilet, which I thought just needed to be reseated, actually required a new flange which Ed took care of promptly. The best part about Badger Plumbing is their timeliness. Ed was able to come look at our non-urgent problems well within a week. He actually offered to come over within 2 days of us calling him. He showed up 10 minutes early on the first day, and stayed well past 6:00 to get the jobs in progress to a usable stopping point. He was less prompt the second day when we had to coordinate for someone else to be there (an hour late due to a job that had taken longer than anticipated that morning). We were thankful to have all the issues taken care of, however, even the 'while you're here, can you look at the toilet' problem. Hourly rate was $70 per hour, which I believe is comparable for plumbers in the area.
