We hired him strictly on Angie's List reviews and no BBB complaints. Prompt reply, estimate and start of work. Finished on time. Owner Eddie Badger, and one sidekick - Mike responded on both days. Eddie was abrupt and Mike was nice. Eddie also overcharged due to charging full estimate price upon completion when we already agreed to not replace one toilet - so via email he immediately agreed to reimburse me the $325.00. Problem was I needed to email him 4 or five times and call him before getting the check about a month later. For this reason and that his public relations was lacking - especially with my wife - I wouldn't want to hire him again.

Eddie was prompt, efficient and fair. He analyzed the problem, fixed the problem, and gave a clear explanation of what the problem was and how to deal with it should a similar situation arise in the future. His charge was reasonable. I will definitely call him again when I have plumbing or heating problems in the future.

My issue was not an emergency, but he was very responsive. He was able to come within a week. Both people who came were very professional. They quickly determined what the problems were and set to work fixing them. Turned out the sink had a blockage, the effluent pump needed a new silicone seal, and the toilet needed a new fill valve. After finishing, they explained in detail what the problems were and how the issues had been fixed. Thankfully it was much less expensive than I had anticipated. The total time of the job was about 2 hours. I am very happy with the service I received and definitely plan to use them again.

Cost a little more than expected but work was done very well. Would definitely use them again.

The Badger brothers fixed my sulphur-smelling water heater by replacing an anode and also added a condensate drainage pipe to our furnace. Their work was of high quality and they worked more quickly than I expected, finishing the job in just a couple hours. They had previously come to my house last year to look at some leaking pipes and were both efficient and fair about prices. I would definitely hire them again.

We opened our lake house only to find something was leaking in the upstairs bathroom. It was a Friday evening after 6:00PM when I called Badger Plumbing. Eddie, the owner answered the phone and I explained my situation. He scheduled service for 9:00AM Saturday morning. His tech showed up promptly and had the repair done within the hour and completely checked the entire house for any additional problems. Outstanding customer service all around at a reasonable price for a weekend emergency. I would not hesitate to recommend Badger Plumbing - a pleasure to do business with!

I sent a message on sunday evening at 6:30 pm. Eddie Badger called me back at about 8 that same evening. I wasn't expecting that to happen, but we made an appointment for monday. He was here within the time frame he promised. Went right to work and fixed my sink in nothing flat. Very satisfied customer.

I will start by saying that this is the best company that I have worked with in a very long time. I had some broken pipes that were draining into my basement a washing machine that was leaking water from behind it every time I use it. Badger plumbing was quick to return my call and flexible with scheduling a time to come to my house and assess/fix the situation. They assessed the situation and gave me options for fixing everything along with cost estimates for each option. They showed up on time, they went above and beyond helping me move my broken washer outside, they cleaned up leaving no mess behind, and the price for the whole project was extremely reasonable. I am very happy with this company and will absolutely use them whenever I am in need of plumbing or heating services!

Plumber found that mice had been living in over the ceiling and there was no leak due to plumbing issue. They were very responsive when I called, they came to the house when possible and fixed the problem.

Though it turned out that I didn't require the service Mr. Badger responded promptly and agreed to come and repair the problem within a day of my phone call and would have come the evening I called if it had been a pure emergency.

As we weren't an emergency call, we were pretty flexible as to when he came. He also is based further away from us than I thought which was adding to his being late. However, he didn't have the part needed, forgot it another time- both of these resulted in a reschedule.

Left messages 3 times no response. Finally called emergency number, and received a callback the next day. Needed to have the Ptrap (goose neck) replaced under kitche sink. NO LEAKS were happening prior or at the time they arrived. Fixed the Ptrap (said they had to go get the part?), along with a new hand sprayer. Then proceed to loosen the garbage disposel from the sink,while filling the sink with water,(I was on the floor watching him very closely)unplugged the stopper from the sink. Which caused it to leak and proceeded to fix the leak they caused. Then his brother Mike (who he charges $50.00/hour, replaced my spayer (which was working fine at the time). Mike doesn't know anything about plumbing. He had to fish the instructions out of the garbage and read of how to assemble. It now has no pressure and will end up fixing it myself, to it works properly. What was a 30 minute (at the most) job, they miked it up to 1 1/2 hours. I figured if I gave the enough rope they'd use it. They were nice, but it's all an act. I have done my own sink repairs in the past, so I know when I'm being taken advantage of and lied to. I've found nothing but greedy people, liars and theives so far in NH.

Eddie is professional and very skilled. We are pleased with his work and his attitude. We have asked him to help us choose the right whole-house filtration system for our well. We chose Badger Plumbing after reading reviews on Angie's list. Good decision.

We had planned on doing the install ourselves but ran into difficulty immediately when the old plumbing was no longer aligned with the the new depth, density , and position of the new sink. We called four plumbers on Angies List to inquire about availability and timing for this reasonably small job. Eddie returned the call in slightly more than 24 hours. When I explained our need and that we were heading into a weekend with overnight guests coming and no running water in the kitchen, Eddie told us he could make time later in that same day if we still needed assistance. He was not only on time, he actually called us back a while later to see if an hour EARLIER would be convenient for us. When he arrived, he was friendly, professional and thorough. . He was quickly able to complete all the work with the exception of the reverse osmosis line. The old connection could no longer be used due to the changes in the depth of the new sink and the additional density of the counter-tops. Although Ed tried to formulate a new connection from his supplies, he was unable to construct a fitting for the existing faucet. Although it was after 5:00 on a Friday he offered to either go to the store, find the right fitting and return the same evening or return early on Monday morning. We agreed Monday morning would be appropriate since everything else was already hooked up and functional. He fully cleaned up after himself before he left. Ed called on Monday morning to confirm the time of his arrival, arrived early, installed a new line and fixture within 15 minutes and again cleaned up thoroughly. Bottom line; Eddie was responsive, prompt, thorough, and conscientious. His courteous service included confirmation phone calls each time before his arrival, efficient and skilled workmanship, and a complete "cleanup" before his departure. We would not only use this company again, we will happily and confidently recommend his service to friends and family.

Our old boiler was leaking badly and needed to be replaced. Mr. Badger gave us a very good price on a new boiler, and spent an entire day installing it. He also removed our old boiler as well. He also came back and replaced a temperature valve for us. He did an excellent job and was very professional and knowledgable.
