We had a particularly slow sink which had been that way for years. He did what he could plunging it but that didnt help. He looked underneath and decided that the trap was fill. It was old and he ended cutting it in half thinking that it would fall apart if he tried to unscrew the bottom. It turned out the trap was ok so now there was a scramble to get parts to redo the trap area. he did manage to jury rig a solution to replace the trap that he really shouldn't have taken apart in the first place. After he left my son and I used a snake to get out a rock that had fallen in the drain and made it past the trap.

He showed up on time and was clean and professional. Answered all our plumbing questions and even checked all other sinks and plumbing. I would highly recommended JMS to everyone!

jay was prompt and efficient. there were several things he repaired that he could have said needed replacement. his honesty and integrity are truly remarkable! I recommend him wholeheartedly. He was here for quite awhile and accomplished everything for the $99 coupon.

Our old kitchen faucet needed replacing. I called Jay to ask about what was best to buy to ensure we didn't buy the wrong type. And said I would call him the following week to setup an installation date. Jay ended up calling that next Tuesday to follow up on our conversation. He was able to install the faucet early the next morning which turned out to be very convenient. None of the typical 2 or 4 hour window waiting for the plumber to show up. Jay got it installed in less than half an hour and took away the old faucet and the box from the new faucet, so the kitchen was spotless after it was done. I highly recommend Jay for any plumbing work. He is very personable, reliable and easy to work with!

It was a difficult job for him because the faucets were old and some of the pipes were damaged by age. He had the right parts with him to fix everything. The job was well done and if I need work done again I will definitely call him. He came on time and was done in a timely manner. I am happy.

They were good. They were very efficient and reasonable. My husband said the price was good. THe quality was good. It wasn't that long before he got back to us either.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went well. It required two trips because they didn’t have the parts with them the first time. The parts had to be specially ordered and they still have to come back one more time to finish the job. They were very good and very helpful. I guess unfortunately I have unique plumbing and so it took a few trips. So unfortunately that made the price higher than I was hoping. They said they’re planning to come back and finish the job at no charge. It’s hard to judge the price.

It turned out excellent. They came out two weeks after big deal purchase. I paid just the price, no extra charges. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

Jay was proactive in letting us know there was a problem with the order as placed. He called us before the appointment date and gave us a couple of different options. He was very personable and knowledgeable about my issues. He worked quickly and cleaned up as he went along. I liked that he welcomed me to watch what he was doing and to ask questions. I will definitely call Jay any time I have any plumbing issues.

Jay was friendly, punctual and diligent. He took the time to assess my well pump, relocate an existing pipe and evaluate an existing problem with one of my toilets. Highly recommend.
