He was clean. He kept his area neat. Everything worked perfectly. He was very personable. He was very competent and reasonable.

Jay was a pleasure to work with and he installed two sinks in our manufacturing warehouse. Jay responded quickly to all of my questions and emails also he came out the same day to provide us with a quote for the work, he started the job the very next day and provided a very quick, clean and professional installation. We could not be happier with the work he provided. I will not hesitate to reach out to him again for any other job we need in the future.

Jay provided us with an estimate in advance and arrived on time to compete the work. He was very professional and did excellent work. My wife now has heat in her office that works great and I have a new sink in the basement that I use daily. We would definitely recommend JMS Plumbing and Heating! A+

I spoke to Jay Sebastian on the telephone about corrosion on my water pipes. I told him I thought I might need my house re-plumbed. Jay said I probably had a high level of acid and I should consult with a water company. I did this and ended up getting an acid neutralizing system installed. The corrosion issue is gone! Thanks to Jay's advice I probably saved many 1,000's of dollars on a needless re-plumbing job.

Just wanted to let anyone trying to contact this provider that upon calling them on Friday April 3rd at 2:30 pm their outgoing voice mail message states, "Thank you for contacting JMS Plumbing. We are no longer taking on new work at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience, Thank you, Have a Nice Day."

Everything turned out fine. While it ended up being a very simple fix, the real value was the expertise of the professional that handled the problem. I had no idea what to do or what the problem could be. Steve was very professional and let me know all of my options so I could make an informed decision.

Wrong tank was delivered by plumbing supply outlet but Jay made it work, even covering the cost of an electrician necessary to install the tank correctly. You can't ask for better integrity and service than that! I even tipped him by adding to the total in the check I wrote. Who tips their plumber? So I give him the check and out he goes without comment. 30 minutes later, he calls me from his cell phone and says "you wrote the wrong amount on the check!" Again, that speaks to his integrity.

I called twice or maybe three times over 7 days and never received a call back. If the provider is not interested enough to call back, then I doubt I could trust his work.

Excellent I live in another state so he setup the appointments with tenant and building management. I could not ask for a more professional proficient person. My tenant loved him.

Now that I have been living with the remodeling job for 6 months I am confident in my assessment of the quality of the job and the materials used.

We did not need their services as we did not purchase home.

I couldn't ask for a better experience, and that's saying a lot since I've had a lot of disappointing contractors. I found Jay on Angie's List, and although I knew I didn't want the particular deal he was advertising, I saw in his offer that he had the capability to do what I wanted. He came over quickly to do an estimate. I already had the room designed, and had purchased the vanity, lights, and tiles. Also, the fiberglass shower and adjacent closet had already been removed, and the shower plumbing stack moved. Jay worked around my request to do one side first (the shower, leaving the bathroom in operation until the last minute). He started with his tile guy (Dave and his helper, Chris - terrific). I was very impressed with their professionalism, and the care they took laying out the patterns and reviewing options with me before making anything permanent. The carpenter, Pete, was next in - very courteous and did a great job. The painter, Kelly, put on the finishing touches with attention to detail. They left the room and it's surround as clean as they could during the project, and clearly aimed to please. Communication was good, whether by email or phone or text, I always knew who was coming and when. No surprises on price, although I hired him under 2 separate contracts, both quotes were what I paid. No nickel and diming. Yes, a happy customer!!

They were able to come out pretty quickly after I purchased the deal. They tried to complete the repair and left no mess behind when they left. However, it didn’t last and I had to repair it myself. It was an okay experience.

I have to admit that I'm remiss in not providing a stellar review for Jay much sooner. Although he has been our plumber for only a short time, he is our plumber of choice from here forward. He is extremely responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He promptly assess a situation, takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why, and provides an accurate and very fair estimate. He is wonderful at accommodating my crazy schedule, and always arrives on-time, is prepared, and works very efficiently. He prides himself (and with good reason!) at providing cost-effective solutions, and doesn't do work that is not necessary; how refreshing is THAT??? His pricing is very fair and reasonable, and we have been very pleased with everything that he has done for us. I have every confidence in his abilities and his work, and look forward to working with him for years to come. It went great. Jay was great to work with. I had originally called a heating/cooling place to install a water heater. They came and saw that there was a utililty sink blocking access to my water heater and refused to do the installation.They recommended I call a plumber. I found Jay on Angie's list. He was very helpful and prompt in answering my questions and assured me that temporarily moving the utility sink out of the way would not be too difficult. He arrive promptly and was very professional. Was very easy to work with and very approachable for me to ask questions. He easily removed the utility sink and also accomodated my request to have him show me how to re-install back the utility sink. He easily hooked up the hot water to my washer and stayed to make sure the water was running hot. He price matched what the other company qouted me for installation. He also advised me to do a yearly flush to keep the warranty active on my water heater.

Jay was pleasant to work with both times that he showed up to our house. On time and cleaned up nicely after the jobs were done and he knows what he is doing. The second visit (working on the gas line for our dryer) was more labor-intensive and he managed to book us promptly despite all the other projects he is already scheduled to do. Jay if you are reading this, thanks for all your hard work!

Jay had a busy day AND it was his birthday; however, he made the time to come to my home to fix the problem. He was in and out in 15-20 minutes.

Jay was the plumber that was working with our contractor. Jay was a pleasure to work with. This was a difficult job as it was not new construction so there was alot of hole-sawing upstairs and figuring out how to run the pipes. I had alot of questions for Jay but he took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it that way. He was always very patient and cheerful - he has a good sense of humor too. Just this week we had a small problem with one of the new fittings. I called Jay about it - he came right over and repaired it free of charge, as he said that it was part of the original job and he wanted us to be happy with it. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone that asks. I would give him an A++ if possible. Definitely the first person I would call for any future plumbing jobs. Try him out - see for yourself. :)

Went very well. Showed up at the time he said he would be at the house. I appreciate service that is on time. My time is just as valuable. Did the work and cleaned up. Everything took about an hour.

Worked efficiently, cleaned up debris. Arrived on time and was completed within his estimated time.

I engaged Jay a few weeks ago to work on a small basement bathroom project. Jay kept me informed of progress in getting me the quote and then we agreed to a day/time to have the work performed. He was prompt and finished the job quickly and professionally. This was a small project, however I would not hesitate to enage Jay again for any future work we might have.

Came when he said he would, Did all the work in the time estimated. Incurred extra cost, but absorbed them in the original estimate. Left the work areas tidy and removed all the debris. Courteous, friendly, great price. Can you ask for more? I wouldn't use anyone else.

Jay was on time, quickly determined why toilet was leaking and fixed it. Removed old kitchen faucet (one with hose in the faucet itself.) Did work in just under an hour. Cleaned up area and took old faucet with him Also took a quick look at hot water heater and whole house water filter.

Jay was very responsive to our issue. He came the same day I called and replaced the valve. We will definitely call him for future work.
