Description of Work: They installed 2 shower doors, one was a pivot door in a shower stall, the other was in the master bathtub. He did a great job.

Description of Work: Replaced broken hot water heater. |They showed up quickly and stayed until the problem was fixed.

Description of Work: I hired JMS Plumbing and Heating Service to replace and install a toilet. |After many cancellations on my part due to personal events I found JMS Plumbing and Heating service to always be courteous and understanding when I had to reschedule. When Jay came he was punctual and very professional. I was very pleased with his service. He was responsive to my questions regarding the job and other plumbing concerns. Description of Work: JMS did some plumbing work for us in our kitchen. They were very professional, answered all of our questions and did a great job. We would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Repair P trap and install bathtub spout

Description of Work: Replace kitchen faucet and bathroom vanity. Fix leak in kitchen sink.

Description of Work: The work performed was great, Jay went out of his way to cutout the old closet flange and install the new toilet. Very pleased and feel accommodated by his efforts to prove himself. The downstairs toilet flange wouldn't fit the new TOTO, it required cutting out the old flange (cast iron) and reworking it to fit the new toilet. I felt this wouldn't be practical in the long term as I don't want future problems. The toilet being replaced is a good toilet and Jay was very honest in letting me this was a top of the line product that wasn't ready for replacement. It did however require a new wax seal, which I would not had known about if the toilet wasn't pulled. Jay was very professional, personable and I will be using him again for other projects.

Description of Work: JMS was professional, courteous and made extra effort (including driving many miles out of his way) to attempt to complete this job. However, since extra parts were needed, we decided it was in our mutual interest to have a more local provider complete the job.
