+ -1 moreExcellent. The job was done on time and done right. The only hitch was that the technician forgot to have all of the remotes with him and had to return to the shop to get those. The doors operate very quietly and I am glad that I opted for the top of the line opener with battery back up. With the number of power failures that we have in bad weather, it is really nice to be able to pull up to the door even when the power is out in the middle of a bad storm and still have the door operate. The technician completed the install in about 2.5 hours, cleaned up after himself and did a top notch job with paying attention to detail and explaining how everything works.
